Beyond what i expected, although some features aren't functional yet but they are clearly marked as experimental at this time. Very helpful customer service representatives, Kris Jenner and 2 or 3 others I have spoken to, answer your chat questions at all times of day for non-tech savy parents who worry about their children's safety.

I want to thank Sandra and all the UMobix support team for always being ready to help and solve issues when installing the app on a new phone or upgrading it.
The app worked well for some months. Then something changed on the phone and no more info. The membership lapsed and that was it. Until I got an email from uMobix recently saying that there was more data to see.
I logged in, talked to Customer Support, got temporary access and there was more data. But it looks like they manually went into the phone and got a few days' worth of data for my viewing.
After I took the bait and signed up for another year, I found out that there was no more data flowing in and Customer Support informed me that I'd have to update the app on the target phone manually. The problem is, that phone is in another city now and I cannot update the software. And...no refund for deception.
I was led to believe that I would receive fresh data from the phone and was not informed before I renewed the subscription that I would have to update the software. Not happy.
You won't be disappointed. Full support any time. It took me some time on my end figuring it out. The customer service rep was knowledgeable, efficient and patient with me K. Jenner made the whole process, painless.

Customer service does a great job, correct, always ready to help with ambiguities and they are quite fast, realistically every application that is in development and improvement has its advantages and disadvantages, but over time this application will get better and better, all recommendations!
I love the attention that customer service gives its customers i have never had it better. You will never be in the dark if you should have a question about anything concerning umobix. I had trouble with the program downloading when I had to switch phones. I got in touch with Sandra at UMobix customer support. She helped me with the issue almost immediately. Friendly and efficient!

Kris Jenner another support agent at UMobix! I love uMobix they have the greatest tech support team! I've been with them for about 2 months, not only is it an awesome monitoring system, whenever I have any questions, problems or any issues that may arise, Kris Jenner another tech support agent was so helpful at helping me fix a problem that I had else where, she explain and showed me what to do in order to correct/fix the issue that I had encounter that needed immediate attention, I couldn't have done it without her ty kris jenner!
