J'ai trouvé Ultfone, pensant qu'il allait me permettre de débloquer la mise à jour d'IOS 15. 8. 2 sur mon Ipad Air2 vers IOS 26.
Il a commencé par me bloquer l'appareil en affichant l'écran de récupération.
Ensuite il m'a demandé 35€ pour le débloquer. Je me suis exécuté, au bout d'1/4 heure, l'appareil s'est libéré en restant sur IOS 15. 8. 5. Il m'a proposé de cliquer sur l'onglet de mise à jour vers IOS 26. C'est ce que j'ai fait, Mais une fois la mise à jour téléchargée sur mon PC (15 minutes de plus), L'Ipad s'est rouvert, mais il était resté dans la version 15. 8. 5! Bilan des courses: pour 35 €, Ultfone a bloqué mon appareil, puis l'a remis dans son état antérieur sans aucune mise à jour. Je ne parle pas des heures perdues pendant le WE à chercher un autre logiciel qui marcherait. D'ailleurs, ne cherchez pas ils reviennent tous au même, sans doute fabriqué par Apple, sous des appellations différentes.

I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 26. 0. 1. While browsing Facebook, my screen suddenly turned green. I forcefully restarted my phone, and it worked briefly, but the green screen appeared again. I searched online, found others with the same issue, and saw many recommending UltFone iOS Recovery as a solution. I went to their website, purchased the lifetime package, installed it on my PC, and followed every step. I first tried Standard Repair, which downloaded the firmware and completed successfully, but the problem remained. Then I tried Deep Repair, which erased everything on my phone, completed the process, but again did not fix the issue. I later brought my phone to a technician who confirmed it was an LCD hardware problem, something software could never fix. Here's the frustrating part, I used the software for less than one hour and requested a refund immediately, but their team refused to issue one. I wasn't able to use or benefit from the product at all. For a company selling "recovery" software, I expected more fairness and understanding, especially when it's clear the issue was beyond what the software could fix. It honestly left a bitter taste in my mouth. I understand having refund policies, but there should always be room for common sense and customer goodwill, especially when someone acts in good faith and requests a refund almost instantly after realizing the product can't help.

RUN AWAY from them, they only think it does, it format your phone, and you lose everything on it! You can format for free with Itune. Their "try before you buy" is also a scam you can only see the that the system find your phone, that s all. And 30 days guarantee money back, ahahaha, that s another joke! Unless if you want to throw away you money, avoid them

Their software did not solve my problem and they did not agree to refund my money under their website's 30-day money back guarantee.
Slow customer service

Like others before me i purchased two lots of software and none of them worked even giving me a message that the sofwatre doesnt support my phone but the advert says it does and they refuse to assist me or give me a refund

Purchased a product and it didn't work after device running continually for more than 3 WEEKS.
They refused to refund and take NO responsibility. 30days money-back guarantee is a big LIE.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ULTFONE. As they will not honor their refund policy. I bought THREE PRODUCT as my phone was locked and via the website they said the code will be delivered in TWO hours but it wasn't delivered until 51th HOUR. The refund policy clearly stated to reach out to them after 24 hours and expect a reply within 24 hours (which they haven't). So after I resolve my issue by going to the Apple store, they said since I used other means and their product is functioning, that I am not eligible for a full refund when the refund policy states that IF the product isn't delivered in 24 hours and I dont get a response from support within 24 hours, AS LONG AS I DONT NEED it, I will be eligible. This is the first time I had to deal with a support like that as they also require me to FILE separate ticket for each product. So I will NEVER purchase anything from them. Feel free to message me so I can send you a copy of what the support say as this issue is ongoing since JULY so it has been a MONTH as they said 30 day money back guarantee, if anyone has this issue, please let me know as well.

Very disappointed with the quality of support and customer care. I had purchased the android FRP remover tool in haste to use on a tablet which was being repurposed for my company's use. When prompted to open diagnostics using the "emergency call" option, I was unable to as the device was wifi only, and had no calling capability. I did some brief research to try and figure out how to, but could not find documentation anywhere. I ended up resolving the issue with Samsung and reached out to Ultfone support in an attempt to get a refund on the FRP remover software as I had purchased the software only a couple of hours ago, had not used it once and had no intention of using it further. I've been working in IT for over 2 years I've had much better experiences with refunds from other software companies. In fact I've had much better and simpler experiences with returning items & getting refunds at retailers such as Target. I was told by support that "Our refund principle is to refund product quality problems that have no solution" and that I did not warrant a refund because there was nothing wrong with my product. Although the reason I was not able to use UltFones software was due to the lack of clarity regarding using the software on a tablet.
When I reached out via email, UltFones support was extremely blunt and ultimately unhelpful, it genuinely felt like I was talking to an AI, with the support rep completly ignoring my initial requests and requiring multiple communications. I was impressed with the supposed quality of the product itself (despite never getting past the first step) but the lack of documentation and the level of support given were extremely disappointing. I've had a very bad experience with this company from the lack of clear instructions and clear documentation to the lacklustre support. I would strongly discourage buying anything at all.

The software did not fix the problem on my phone despite repeated attempts and following instructions received through email. Asking for money back under guarantee is like getting your teeth pulled and asking you through various hoops of providing evidence from the registry. Spent considerable time to provide this despite the complicated process of retrieving this information which did not meet their requirements. Since I had uninstalled the software in frustration I had no access to this information. My refund request was declined and a futile gesture of giving other free software on their site was made. Fat load of good this other software would have done for me when this software did not do the job. Beware the money back is only a marketing ploy. Do not expect to see your money back if the software does not work.

I am Ultfone's Customer from past few years and I love the great products that comes. I always had ipad issues and ultfone solved them in minutes. My ipad was corrupted and in fee mins it installed new firmware making it like brand new ipad while apple asked me $150 to fix and in $46 software my issue resolved. Its a life savor

Outstanding customer service with excellent communication and efficiency. The application is incredibly practical and user-friendly.

The software did not do as advertised and they force you onto a subscription model. When trying to get a refund with their advertised "30 day money back guarantee" their excuse is "It is difficult to determine whether the problem you encounter is caused by our software, your devices, personal operation or other reasons, so it is difficult to make a refund."

Seeing as how iTunes does the same things this software does. There does not appear to be ANY reason to ever use this software.

The cheap price ain't worth it. The amount this phone has glitched, froze, bugged out or just crashed by itself has simply give me enough hemorrhoids to last a life time. Don't cheap out, just buy a new iPhone or galaxy, anything is better than this phone made from the scrap parts of a Honda Civic 2001. Just this review was a pain to write on this phone
