Held on the phone line for half an hour on Monday, May 11,2025. Recorded message every 10 seconds, "Thank you for holding, please stay on the line". I called between 11:00 AM and held on hold until I hung up at 11:30AM EDT.

Never have I been shipped trees with smaller root balls. If they survive it will be a miracle.
And the "Jumbo Blooming Size" clivia bulb I received was downright pitiful. If what I got was a Jumbo, it would take a microscope to see the regular sized one.
I wish I had read the independent reviews before ordering. They did send me their typical response -- send photos and we will evaluate. I didn't bother as too much trouble and from looking at other reviews, no refunds ever made -- just hoops to jump through.
