We commissioned trip mega mart in 2021 to create a website for us. Since that time we were given multiple excises why things can not be done such as the domain can not use our own name servers, they must point to there cloudflare servers etc. from there, we agreed on a date final payment would be submitted, (after being blocked multiple times and hung up on which should have been a red flag there). I've contacted them many times during there hours which they declined to answer. Finally because we had paid the final payment with the understanding payment would be made and training would be provided, within a timely manner. A week went by and we had heard nothing from them. 2 weeks go by and we finally retracted the payment. 3 weeks go by and we finally got ahold of them by phone with them saying no training would be provided until a bank wire was sent for the last payment. I offered to send the last payment again AFTER training was completed (keeping in mind over 1600 usd has already been issued to them at this point). They declined and hung up on me. Further more, they said that I received a email with the login crudentials which I did not which was why I was trying to call them in the first place. I changed the name servers back to my server because I noticed all of my emails were not being routed properly so the mail servers must not have been set up properly on there server. They lost my trust over a measly 500.00 which I would still gladly pay if you'd just train me on how to use the website properly, but how am I to know there not going to hold my site hostage in a year or two as well. Or even make it quarterly payments? All I can say at this point is if you are thinking of going with them them please seek legal counsel in my opinion as they were great with the milestones but when it came time for delivery everything just fell apart. I know I have lost a lot of respect and trust for them and for a business to block another who is doing business with you, it's just disrespectful when you are trying to make things work out and make these payment arrangements so they can get paid as I promised they would.

Again: if they are reading this I did NOT get any email with crudentials, I can PROVE Microsoft office 365 showed that the dns records were not resolving correctly, and therefore why it was moved back to my server. If you'd like to act like an adult and a business rather then hang up on your customers we could potentially discuss finalization of this project. I'd be happy to send PayPal again before the training with a SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME for training or a wire transfer directly following (which costs you nothing considering you have control of the domain and can turn it off of payment is not made.

To all those out there otherwise beware of this seller make sure to cross your t's and dot your I's because unless we can come to some sort of negation / understanding I can clearly tell you this company is not worth your time nor your business in my opinion.
