Beautiful tree but I believe the shipping company doesnt care much for customer satisfaction! Box was received damage and tree container was damaged.
The tree looked like it arrived DOA! All the branches were shriveled and fell off but I followed your instructions and planted it anyway. Finally after several days we notice two tiny green buds at the very top of the stick. Fast growing? How fast growing? It looks like it may take a very long time before it looks like a tree. Not impressed!
We received the tree by federal express. It was packaged extremely well and the tree was lovely. We have planted it outside and water it each day. It is already sprouting new leaves.

When I first received my Benjamin Ficus I was delighted! It was full and lush... everything I wanted.
After a couple weeks the leaves started turning brown & even the green ones began to shed. I followed watering instructions & have not repotted the product. I am afraid I will shock it even more & I absolutely love the tree.
My shipment arrived on time and in good health. I was impressed with how mature the bush was and how well it was packaged for shipping. I will definitely order more plants from here in the future!

I ordered a 6-7 foot Quaking Aspen. I received a 5 foot tall twig with a few leaves. I should have spent a little more and gotten something that looks like a tree from a nursery.

The trees were tall but not stout, I have one that is dying now despite watering and One tree that is undecided to live or die. I have two trees that seem to be doing fine so far.
Received product in timely manner. Shopping experience on website was satisfactory. We were unsatisfied with the size and appearance of the tree that we received based on value, however.
My mom loves persimmons tree so I placed an online order on 07/27/21, the total payment of $157.10 was put onto my credit card ($119.95 persimmon tree; $29.95 shipping & $7.20 taxes). After learning from my mom that I had ordered the wrong tree, I immediately call to cancel my order within the next 2 days. After talking to a customer representative, I got the run around to contact FedEx, and was told that it's not in their system and that the tree was still at the orchard. So, I finally got through FedEx and FastGrowingTree, by now it was 3x each side. My order was cancelled and I received refund back $119.95 which did not include shipping/taxes I'm just a little discouraged by the whole process and now I'm out of $37.15. I'm not sure if I would dare to order more from FGT as this experience has not been a great one for me.

All we're alive we had excellent directions they are n the ground. We live in zone 5b so they had a lot of adjustment

I didn't like the look of one of the trees I had purchased. I contacted customer service, sent them a picture of the tree, and they replaced it immediately.
Excellent customer service and great trees received after contacting customer service about two of the three trees I first ordered were damaged.
Expensive plants that arrive dead. The warranty is a joke and the 30 days guarantee still requires you to pay inflated "shipping" fees in order to receive replacement plants.
Be sure to reach out to us within the first 5 days if there are any concerns with your tree so we can cover it 100%. Beyond this we do have our 30 day guarantee which covers a replacement if shipping costs are covered. We apologize for any inconvenience!
