First order I received a Meyer lemon bush with multiple broken branches. They credited my account so I purchased a Butterfly shrub that was dead on arrival. Root ball was dry and the leaves were so dry they were crunchy. I'm done with this company. Total waste of my time and money.

I WAS TRYING A LITTLE CADO AVOCADO TREES BUT SEEM NOT TO HAVE IT DIED I ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY. Your Business BECAUSE IT STATED THAT IF IT THE WOULD DIED THAT YOU WOULD REPLACE IT 50 PERCENT OFF THE ORDER OF TREE. I CONTACT YOU AND YOU NEVER CONTACT ME BACK.

I ordered 2 Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Plants and they arrived severely damaged-due to the way they were shipped. I immediately called and was told they would send replacements. They arrived a week later with one being dead. I thought maybe it was due to how long they were in transit (days after fedex said they would arrive) so I got both planted but it was too late for one. Didn't bother to call and complain. Very disappointing after having such good experiences in the past.

Couldn't use coupon for first time buyer because it was going to cost me more in total for shipping. I went back and it wouldn't let me. I rebooted and repurchased and no warranty for a year cost came up. Very frustrating! I have no warranty now and my coupon of ten dollars will expire. Shouldn't take so long to order... I had to call because I was told two different things from two different employee's...

The last 2 orders of Pink Dogwoods have arrived looking like scorched earth. I Understand shipping delays when you ship standard. But when shipping live trees one would assume it would be a rush order or at least encourage the customer to do so... 2 weeks in a box is unacceptable. Fed Ex is horrible, but this item should not be treated as standard cargo when its 100 degrees outside...

I ordered a small Meyer lemon tree for about $45. Received an email saying the tree is not available to ship to California, but they did have another identical small Meyer lemon tree that would ship, for $135. I ordered it out of convenience; it was shipped and arrived just fine.

On arrival, box was upside down. The tip top of one tree was broken. Few good leaves on any of them. One seemed to have picked up blight/red spots. Dried leaves, fell off. The lollipop tree seems to be recovering but not quickly, only now to face winter. The other two were healthier but little to no new growth. Not sure if any will make it. Spring will tell.

Great experience from online ordering to receiving our tree in the mail... it was boxed and in excellent condition when it arrived... love fastgrowingtrees!

If the tee lives it will be great. Tree arrived boxed safety but it was dry The leaves were drooping and some fell off once watered seemed to do well

I ordered a 2 gallon fig tree, expecting a two gallon container and a tree at least two or maybe three feet tall. Instead, we received a one gallon container with a twig barely a foot tall.

The plants were shipped fast and were carefully packaged. I received everything in great condition.

The site was easy to use. I did have a hiccup with delivery but the reps were so helpful and resent all my trees.

Trees arrived and out of the box were pretty rough looking………my daughter commented that " you paid that much for sticks with a couple leaves…. They must count all the loose leaves laying in the box"? The palm tree is the only thing that arrive in great shape. I should have just gone to Lowe's.

Took over two week for delivery. I paid for 3 gallon tree and received a one gallon tree.

I was really concerned that the trees would've suffered some damage from the shipping. But they looked beautiful, even better than the ones we bought from the store. They were easy to unpackage and plant per the instructions.

I received my tree in good condition. Called customer service with a question and they were very help full.

Ordering is easy. Website descriptions are very complete, allowing for well informed decisions. The plants come well packaged, with clear identifiers on what side to keep up. Plenty of printed material advises on proper planting, in case you want to hold something other than a smart phone while planting. Very good business.
