Very informative website and I am a repeat customer several times over. I have never been disappointed.

The website is easy to navigate and the information provided is useful for the buyer. The checkout process is also very simple and easy - nothing more aggravating than a convoluted check out process.

Great experience, followed the instruction, and seems to be doing well.

Plants were small and stressed and half dead when they arrive. I suggest putting in a special order with your local nursery rather than buying from FGT. They are very overpriced and hike rates as they offer discounts. I bought a shrub for 50 and 1 week later onsale listed at 79 for the same thing! Customer service DID make a great effort to make it right. Shipped replacement promptly. Also came stressed and half dead. I finally gave up trying. I had a credit to use so bought a way overpriced tree to use it up. Also came stressed. All leaves fell off. I didnt bother to report it exhausted and gave up trying.

I'm anxiously waiting for my first lemon to appear. I will be flooding social medial with pictures. I'm over the moon with excitement

Ordered my palm tree on a Saturday and received it on the following Thursday. It was a large 5 foot tree. Were very Happy

The two trees I purchased were not in the best shape. The leaves were "burnt" looking and the dirt was all in the box- not in the bucket. There is no way to email or contact them other than calling an 800 number and I got no help.

Trees were packaged well and in great shape when I received them. Planted them about 3 weeks ago and so far looking great.

The trees were shipped very fast and were received in very good condition. Got them planted and ready to grow.

Second shipment and they still can't get here any sooner than 10 days.

I received the tree that I had ordered very quickly. However it looked like it suffered in the shipment. All the foliage was in the bottom of the box and the trunk looked dry and lifeless. I took pictures and sent it to the customer service. A replacement tree was promptly sent. I water it profusely and it seems to be slowly growing.

Both trees we ordered showed up fairly stressed. One lost all of its leave, not sure if it'll pull through.

The mimosa tree is doing good so far. The two rose of Sharon bushes appear to be dead after planting. Followed instructions.

Ordering and purchasing was great. Very helpful customer service helping me select a delivery date.
Was surprised to find the leaves on the trees had mostly yellowed and fallen off. Once planted, all leaves fell off. Customer service assured me that is normal - that should be in the description of how your plants may arrive - and that they will leaf out again in a few weeks. Aside from no leaves, the plants do seem alive and there are many leaf buds.

So much for a gallon sized plant

Thought it was rather small. When repotted to a clay pot, it was obvious that it had very recently been repotted from a 4".

Y'all can do better than that.

I have ordered 2 trees this summer. Each time the trees arrived in good condition and they look very healthy.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service. The vines shipped in a timely manner. I ordered three of the 3' to 4'. Two of the vines were beautiful and one was a little sad. I sent pictures along with my explanation to customer service and within two days I received a replacement vine that was much healthier.

Packaging was very impressive. Unfortunately the plant size does not compare to the pictures on the website.
