Hello,
I need to return the shipment that we received. They are now where close to what they were supposed to be especially for $400. We paid oversized freight and both trees were stuck in a tiny box together. They should have been 7 foot trees and they are not nor do they look healthy at all. This needs to be rectified immediately please.
Ordering was easy and delayed till spring weather.
It's horrible! Instead of easily enjoying online shopping, a lot of people are being scammed!
I saw on the Internet a tree for $50.
But I did not buy it, deciding that I wanted to buy a more mature tree.
I found a tree in this store for $118.
I thought that a tree would come that I could enjoy.
But there came a twig grafted to the root, 2 feet high, with a broken top...
This is theft :(.
I'm so disappointed with this purchase...
The service was great. My honeysuckle looks great so far, however my crepe myrtle had a branch broke and looks pretty sad so far. Hoping it will pull out of it
4 of our 24 trees didn't show up when the other trees came, because of Fed Ex. Fast Growing trees helped resolve the issue and we were pleased as well as the trees are fantastic.
I received my order quickly in secure package. You are easily available for questions. You are responsive and supportive. I received a new tree for possible an infection of my tree without many questions. I am very pleased with the service.

I'm looking to plant mostly native trees and plants, and wanted sweet bay magnolias in a wetter part of the yard. I got the trees super fast and in great condition. The packing was perfect.

Calling customer service is futile. Response to emails was non existance. Will never do business with this company again again. $200 for a six foot stick is pitiful. You all need to learn how to market your product realistically
It was a great experience excepts for one of the Emerald Green Arborvitaes was browning and looked like it wasn't doing to well.
I haven't reached out to the provider yet as I have planted it and want to wait and see how it turns out. Hoping that it doesn't fully die on me.
I will write a new review after a couple of months and once I see how the plants are doing after some time of being planted.

My Meyer lemon tree arrived in great condition. Packaging was great. I love this lemon tree it is quite tall. Hoping to see some lemons growing soon.
Olive tree is in questionable condition with many branches missing and lemon bush came a lot later and is in better looking quality than the olive tree but is tiny.
After destroying 4 avocado trees, Elvis came to my rescue with 2 peach trees. They finally arrived and I planted them in fresh soil and a nice amount of small rocks. I took pictures of my new tree and sent them to Elvis. The trees seem to be happy and doing well. If they are happy I am happy. Hopping to make a pie some day
