I swear I never expected the trees to come out as fantastic as they did! Our two Norway Spruce trees were so green and full when they arrived! I love this company! Fast and delivered perfect plants to us! Thanks!

Our apple trees arrived in perfect condition. We planted them right away and surrounded them with chicken wire to keep the deer at bay.

Arrived in a timely fashion, was looking really sad, could not plant for three days, so put it under grow lights. It immediately perked up. On weekend planted it, was worried about small root ball and only loose dirt around the roots. This tree has turned out to be the most resilient plant we have ever transplanted, it never showed any signs of wilt, brown leaves, nothing. It just looked splendid. Several weeks later, still looking fantastic, leaves are a bright green and it apparently loves it's new home. Looking forward to it getting root system established and growing up next year.

Buying experience was really good. I could not have been more disappointed in the condition.

Purchased three Armstrong Maple trees over the course of three months. Of the three trees planted, only one tree has thrived. The fist and last tree I ordered have completely lost all of their leaves and the branches are slowly dying. The last tree I ordered arrived in terrible condition, leaves already dried and blackness creeping down the branches. Trunk was poorly formed, and most of growth was on a overgrown branch that was stressing the main trunk. I hoped the dried leaves and blackness were just transit stress and followed website instructions. I watered this tree and left in shade for two days before planting. Used root rocket to help it along but I can tell this tree will fail just like the first one.

Very disapointed with overall size and potting of tree. It is growing ok but for 200.00 dollars I will be dead and gone before it makes shade. I just missed buying one at Lowes that was a good ten feet and it was only 165.00 I wish I had got there first. Very unhappy with purchase price for the goods I got. I will not shop here again.

I have had problems with delivery with every order I have received. The box is clearly marked lay flat or this side up and I have gotten boxes delivery standing up and upside down or box was apparently crushed. This last delivery was days late after clearly marked in transit …. For example in Baton Rouge and it took 3 days to arrive … in carencro la on Saturday and did not arrive til Monday and carencro is less than 40mimes from my home… not sure if I will be able to save two of my plants. This is my 4th order and I will not be ordering again since fed ex does a lousy job in delivery

The tree arrived dry and wilting. I potted it immediately, watered and gave plant food. I was not able to save it, the "tree" is dead.

I liked fast growing tree's products, their fruit trees started growing fruits in 2 years, I like their plants

My first order everything arrived perfectly. The second order 2 of the 3 items were packed properly facing away from the box. The 3rd bush was facing the box so the plant was at a 45 degree angle for shipping. We will see if it survives.

3/4 plants were dead. Replacement also died within 2 days. Only 1 of the original shipment is doing well - planted all of them the same way once I received!

So far, so good. Tree was pretty stressed when recieved during hot weather. In the ground immediately. We'll see.

Arrived on time and in good condition. We were surprised at how it was packaged. The trees were in very good condition. Will trade with you again.

Ordered emerald green arborvitae. They came packaged as advertised. We planted them and are waiting for them to grow.

Company sent a plant much smaller than advertised and then said they only guarantee the size of the pot, not the tree. Very unprofessional customer service. I would stay completely away from this company. Product was 1 foot smaller and looked almost dead. Would not offer a refund or exchange, even though their policy is a 30 day guarantee. I even paid insurance for a year to have the plant replaced. Well, we know how valid those guarantees are don't we. STAY AWAY from these charlatans!

We had a few setbacks with Tongo crape myrtles that would not leaf. We selected a Sioux as a replacement and the tree already had a bloom when it arrived a few weeks ago. It is growing very well.
