Cranberry plants and arctic kiwi pair were packaged well and looked healthy when they were delivered. Since crops for the kiwis depend on the correct male-female set to be included, I'm still worried that I may have gotten a pair of identical sets. Will hopefully know in a couple of years...
1 of our trees isn't doing very well and both trees were tiny when we got em.
Feel it's just better to buy plants in person. Bought originally 8 evergreens and they all died in the excessive heat. We watered per watering instructions. Our magnolia tree is doing alright.
Fast Growing Trees is such an appropriate name, and It's no wonder, because of the special treatment you get when you need some advice, or get their opinions when you ask, but most of all how friendly and eager they always are to help. And guess what? They answer their phone when you call, a rarity these days.
I say let's call them "Fast Growing Trees and Easy to Please" because there is no one else like them.

The website was a breeze... I ordered a large Azalia bush as a house warming for my sister who just moved to South Carolina. I live in Staten Island, New York... So the description and necessary information... such as climate, etc... was most important because of her location.
I received a plant for mother's day from FastGrowingTrees from my daughter. The plant had a problem. I was asked to send a picture of the problem plant, they analyzed and immediately gave me an answer and fixed the situation immediately. No issues for a refund. I would use FastGrowingTrees again and recommend you give them a try.
Fast-growing trees are a five-star company because of its great products and excellent services. I highly recommend buying your trees and flowers from them. I enjoy my garden with cherries and fig trees!
I ordered a $100 plant and it arrived unhealthy and very small. The size was closer to a $30 plant, health aside. I ordered a cast iron plant which are supposed to be very hardy, so it's disappointing it couldn't hold up for shipping. It's been a few weeks and none of my interventions have helped.

Order did not ship due to quality control standards. No one notified me of delay. I called after waiting for delayed shipment, snd they told me about plants not being up to their standard. I told them why was I not notified? They took full payment but no info on delivery. I was issued a refund.

I've ordered several trees/plants and have been satisfied. Then, I ordered a citronella plant that arrived dead. I tried very hard to reach a real person by phone. Your phone system would not allow it. By email, I asked for a refund and you continued telling me to scratch the DEAD plant and look for green. If I found green, the plant would recover.(Really? Who would go to a plant store and buy a dead plant… and pay for it). After SEVERAL emails, you finally credited me. Your unacceptable customer service will keep me from ordering again.

I recently bought a willow tree from this site. The tree was packaged well and arrived in great shape. Thank you.
They came dead all but one. And it was not healthy. They also zip tilde them around the stem so tight it it broke them. I bought 4 at 19.99 each.
