The tree packaging was excellent and the tree itself was in beautiful condition.

I ordered a coffee tree and a "bearss" lime tree, plus a few other odds and ends. During shipping the lime tree must have come loose and broke in half. I didn't contact FastGrowing Trees because it wasn't their problem. Coffee tree is doing great and the lime tree is a little short.

My problem was mainly with delivery delays. I was worried about the impact these delays would have on the health of the plants. The plants arrived stressed but within a couple of weeks of care are thriving

The olive trees I received were stunted. It is obvious the trees were grown too close and had not been rotated. The straight trunk ended with a sharp right angle where the canopy started, half of which was bare due to the uneven exposure to sunlight. I would not have purchased these trees had I seen them in person. I guess that is the risk one takes when purchasing trees sight unseen.

Great service and great products! It's hard to find good service and products in these times. This is one business that did a great job with both!

It took me 3 1/2 yrs to get the proper delivery of the Lombard Poplars I wanted for my studio. Two installations by local nurseries gave me first, tulip poplars and then second the aspen variety. Next came these scrawny Lombardy from a nursery in Georgia of which only 2-3 survived and then only by producing a new shoot at the base (3" does not equal the 6' I ordered). Thankfully I finally found Fast Growing Trees. Healthy fully formed 6' saplings arrived in a proper extra heavy corrugated box, zip tied in place with a small root ball contained in burlap that could be planted intact. Questions were instantly answered by a live knowledgeable customer service rep. My line of true Lombardy poplars finally realized. Thank you.

Trees failed to survive the winter. Planted in protected spot. Clearly not hardy here despite info.
No warranty of any kind.
I'm Master Garden and know what I'm doing and have amazing gardens. Inferior product or just not hardy here.

The site is very user friendly and I love that you can see if the plant will thrive in your zone.

Received plants and aMAZING, IT LOOKS BETTER THAN IF I WERE TO BUY THEM AT THE LOCAL NURSERY. GREEN, HEALTHLY AND PROMPTLY RECIEVED. True in every word. Used there recommended root starter and fertilizer and been watering every other day and trees look green and looks like they going to grow!. Highly recommended and I reorder some additional trees. If you baby them they will stay the way it was received

The plant was quite damaged through shipping. It came with quite a few brown spots too. I think it's better to take time and make a trip to your local nursery and just get a healthy plant.

I ordered a raspberry bush, when i recieved it, half of it was dead, and the other half was half eaten by bugs. Unsure if it will be able to survive, but I guess I'll find out

Ordered two creeping Junipers. Shipped and arrived fast. Unfortunately, one of the plants was severely damaged in shipment. The pot crushed to the point of pushing the plant out of the pot. Notified customer service and they immediately replaced the damaged plant. I planted all three plants; 2 of 3 plants are doing very well! Thank, you FastGrowing Trees!
