Magnolia trees arrived fast and in good condition. Planted them as a birthday present for my wife. They been in the ground for a few weeks and look good.
Unfortunately when I received the trees, later than the date promised, the box was broken up and very damaged. Inside the trees were dead looking dried up, branches broken, they were unsalvageable. The only good thing I can say is that I was refunded my money without any problem once I sent them the pictures of the trees
Black Mission fig tree that I ordered was nothing like the photo of the "tree" that was posted on their website. The photo on the website was of a "tree" with a single upright trunk with branches and leaves growing at the top third or fourth of the tree. What I received had no single trunk, but five branches growing laterally out of a stump about three inches high.
I received heathy plants including blue spruce, holly bush and arborvitae They were well packaged and undamaged upon arrival.
The reason for this review is that this company shafted me on two orders placed. Before I placed my orders it showed that my items are in-stock. It states on there website that it takes 3 - 5 days for shipment. When I didn't receive a tracking number for either order I called them and was then told they didn't have anymore of what I ordered and didn't know when they would be getting them back in-stock. The reason I ordered from them the second time is that I like to give companies a second chance. I will never order from them again.
I purchased 14 Thuja green giants. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We followed the directions and I can't wait to see how fast they grow! I will be making more purchases in the future.
Great tree, fast delivery. However I can't stop getting their emails.
Needed a new tall plant for our newly renovated space. We decided on a 5 -6 foot fiddle plant. It arrived quickly in its perfect box. We bought a beautiful large planter for it. Magnificent!

I never received my first tree because it was stopped in California inspected and destroyed. I received a replacement tree but that took longer than I wanted. Customer service kept telling me they would call me back but didnt... I had to call them. I wish they would have given me incentive to keep me as a customer. I won't likely order from fast growing trees again. Poor customer service and obviously some pest issues. I liked my replacement tree. It seems to be pest free.
I receid a scrawny, unhealthy looking tree with leaves covered with small bug bites. I complained. They sent me another, in the same disheveled shape. I wouldnt have bought them if they were in a nursery.
Comments on my tree:
The shipping box was slightly too short. The top tip is permanently bent over (not broken). I planted it anyway, assuming it will rapidly be replaced by new growth in the spring. Tree was 6.25 ft from root flare.
I was surprised, that there are no bottom branches on the very bottom 12" of trunk.
(I currently have a 40 ft Dawn Redwood (planted 7 yrs) w/ bottom branches 4 & 6" from ground; 6" DBH)
I was also surprised at how short (pruned?) the bottom half branches are; relative to the top half.
I sent e-mail comments back to FastGrowingTree a week ago; NO RESPONSE!
Ordered my first two superior hybrid poplar trees, received them in the mail, looking pretty haggard. One was definitely on its last limb. Called customer service, sent pictures, and in less than 10 minutes had a replacement tree ordered. The replacement tree showed up, in 200% better shape then the first two trees we received. Hopefully I have good luck with these in the spring.
So, product quality was best on replacement and customer service is top notch.
Trees arrived well packaged and with moisture in the root area. They were planted within days of arrival and are doing very well.
Customer service was quick to rectify an issue we had with a plant we purchased.
I am sure they are going to be awesome. When they arrived, they were dry & the leaves all fell off. Got them in the ground & very soon, lots of new leaves.
I ordered a 3 gallon pampas grass and a honeysuckle vine. Both arrived in perfect condition. Both of these plants were impossible to find locally. I'm very pleased.
Tree arrived on time. Was a bit withered but water revived it quickly and it's doing great!
