Trees ara too hard to grow
Excellent trees with prompt delivery. Should an issue with your tree arise, they handle with quick resolution.
Ordered quite a variety of plants and trees. All of them, save one, are living the life in our yard. One plant died due to root ball being cracked, somehow. However, it was quickly replaced without any hassle.
I took a chance and risk or ordering 3 trees from fast growing trees. I normally go to a local home improvements and gardening center to buy my plants.
Three trees arrived via fedex - well packaged and in good condition. I had a professional play the 3 trees based on instructions provided.
One of the three trees died within 30 days: I sent a email to fast growing trees and followed up about getting a replacement but no response as yet.
Little frustrating based on the amount of money I spent.

The plant was packaged well. Cannot tell how well the plant will show and display itself as it is dormant. Our hopes are that it will look as close to its marketing photo. If it looks closely to the picture we will be delighted.

I purchased a small blue spruce tree and it died within a month of planting. I called about this and I got a replacement tree within 5 days!
Tree was shipped in a sturdy box and was very secure. While the tree appeared healthy, my concern was the leaves on the tree all had tiny holes in them. I'm not sure if this is insect damage or what? Shipping was fast so I'm assuming this would have been seen when packaging the tree. Too early to tell if this tree will recover as I planted late in the fall. Doesn't appear to be changing much after planting.
Ordered a peach, cherry, and grape. Trees packed nicely in small compressed buckets. Peach and cherry shed their leaves, grape kept theirs until this past freeze. I do see green and buds so we shall see if they come back in the spring
All the Rhododendron have white spots and I've had to spray them with baking soda water every week since arrival. The redbud tree also has some disease. Since they're under warranty for a year I'm not too worried but it is annoying.

My tree came to me in poor condition but I was determined to give it a shot. I reached out to customer service for advice on what I could do to help it out. I was given some great advice and reassured that in event my tree would definitely be replaced come Spring. Their customer service is great and I can vouch with their guarantee as they replaced one of my trees that didn't make it.
Plants arrived in good condition. This was a Fall planting, so I am not able to comment on how they are growing.
I called to get an advice which tree will be best as a memorial tree for the loss of my son. I got very lucky with the agent who recommended the Fire Thrower. All my guests who help to plant the tree were amazed with the heart shape of the leaves which firtst appear in color of blood and later become green. Truly bleeding heart image. Thank you so much

I ordered a 3-4 ft maple tree and paid $136 for it. When it arrived it was packaged nicely, but the tree was a 3-4 ft twig in what appeared to be a quart size pot. For a 3-4 ft tree I anticipated a much more substantial tree and root ball.
I was shopping at Home Depot the following weekend and found the exact same tree, only at HD it was in a 3 gallon pot and the trunk was 3 times thicker...and it was only $76.
The product arrived in good condition, appeared intact and larger than I expected. I unfortunately waited too long to put a barrier around the tree and deer apparently made a snack out of most of the apple leaves. I think the tree will recover, not sure about the Granny Smith graft. We'll see.
I wanted to find a particular tree. My local nursery did not carry the size I was looking for. I was skeptical to order trees on line. I had read the reviews and thought, "why not." I was pleasantly surprised. The trees arrived quickly. They were not bare root but actually in pots with dirt. The trees were healthy. They were planted immediately and doing great. I'm looking forward to seeing them mature and bloom beautifully in the spring.
Our pear tree arrived healthy with a straight trunk and shoots on the branches. I have high hopes it will make it through the winter.
