FGT has generally provided terrific quality at good prices, with one notable exception. The last fiddle head ficus that I received arrived in appalling condition, and the guaranty was denied because the tree was not completely dead. I'm now trying to nurse the tree back to health, but it may be past saving. All other experiences were good.
Fast growing trees provided an excellent buying experience. My tree arrived looking great. It was packed well and looked great.

We had some trees that died immediately and they did not want to stand behind their warranty. They said the tree wasn't dead, but it was, we took their word and waited but then it was too late and the warranty expired how clever of them>

Fair for quality but poor customer service when addressing warranty claims.
My very 1st order was for 50 Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae trees and 50 Hybrid Willows in 2015 I believe. 3 Arborvitae didn't make it and were replaced. They are all between 15 - 20' tall. The willows are all easily over 30' tall. *The biggest surprise bonus - a box full of extras was included at no charge. Those trees were planted near the school my boys went to, a church nearby, next to my bank, and shared with several "green-thumber" friends. Everyone was / is so happy.
Magnolia I ordered last year came with a fungal infection. Instead of replacing the tree, they told me to remove infected leaves, which didn't help. It perished after winter. The oak tree was so flimsy that it was no wonder it perished. The plants are overpriced even after all the discounts they offer.
Blueberry bush did well until the deer got it. Lol. It'll come back.
I absolutely love the four rose trees previously ordered. The blooms are amazing. I look forward to seeing if the Hydrangea tree performs as well. Still a bit salty about the Red Bud Tree, Lavender (planted in huge pots) Red Hydrangeas (also planted in huge pots) planted last season but, did not come back this year.
When I had questions about a product before my 1st order, customer service was very helpful.
I bought several types of bushes and perennials and they all grew well, the bush that did not do well, fast growing trees replaced. Happy w/that.
No problems with ordering and plants arrived in perfect condition.

You intentionally told me to purchase trees at the end of last season knowing the risk involved of them not being able to survive. I even specifically asked you if this would happen and I was assured it wouldn't. They're all dead as a doornail now. Despite me asking you kindly to waive the cost, you are now charging me $83 for shipping to replace them despite this being completely on your team. It's a terrible experience and I'll file a complaint with the FTC and my credit card company due to your misleading business practices.
