Send trees that are healthy not hacked down from larger trees that did not meet you standards All branches cut top cut off leaves cut in half and dead leaves everywhere. Photos were sent.

Was so looking forward to the picture of "chandelier hydrangea" and planted it in a barrel planter in front of home. Even purchased the optimum fertilizer recommended. The shrub never took off. Maybe this summer has been too harsh. I regret exposing the plant to full sun.

The lavender plant I planted last year exceeded my expectations so I ordered more this year. I ordered 4 plants and three of them are thriving. I'm nursing one of them along, same garden, same soil condition. So far it's still alive.
All my flower bushes arrived dead, they replaced them and those arrived dead.
The trees were easy to plant and look good after a couple of months.
I excitedly ordered a large lemon tree in early spring. It was beautiful and even had blossoms. Unfortunately the night it was delivered the temperature was due to drop into the low teens so rather than leave it in the garage I brought it into the house. It has lost all of its leaves. It is now August. I'm waiting for the leaves to grow back. No luck
The tree was delivered in timely fashion and in good shape. So far it's doing well.
I ordered 10 trees and once they shipped they were lost in shipping for over a week. The trees showed up very dry and they've been in the ground for about a month now and most are wilted with yellowing and I've had two already completely die.
We ordered 30 pine trees and 4 fruit trees. Pine trees arrived perfectly. Fruit trees were folded in half and broken. (clearly the fault of fedx) Replacement trees sent out immediately! Love this company.

Choosing which plant to get, and which size, took me a while. I could have called for guidance but figured I could do it on my own (ego)! The plants arrived in tact. They were scrawny little things and I immediately wished I had ordered the bigger size. Once they were planted they looked cute and to my surprise, the bloomed about a month later! They will be fabulous in the coming years. So glad I got them.
I ordered 2 pink mulhy grasses early last summer. They arrived not looking great & I planted them according to instructions. They never really grew and died over the winter. I filled out the on-line forms and up loaded pictures. I heard nothing and had to call. The gentleman was nice. I paid the $12.95 shipping to have them replaced per guarantee. The replacements arrived in a little better condition. I planted according to instructions in a new location. They are living, but not thriving like the rest of my yard. We'll see how they do. I'm hoping to get the pink plumage this fall, maybe it will be a sign they'll live over the winter and actually grow this time.
