Sugar and Spice Thuja is so sparse and thin. I sent pics but my disatisfaction was dismissed. I was told it would fill in, so now it is a taller sparse Thuja. Another company sent one that is full and thriving.Very disappointed.
Tree is dead within a month. Never would purchase any product again
It fell within the height described (the lower end) but it was a tall stick with a couple of leaves on it. Still alive now about 6 weeks later. A couple of weeks after planting this one, I found one at a local nursery for the same price but several feet higher and many branches and leaves.
Tree was tiny and delivery was very very slow. Luckily, the plant was packaged correctly for a very slow USPS delivery. Paid to much for the tree.
I am a little frustrated as I paid quite a bit for two lilac bushes. So far, the original "twigs" have died out. I am not sure if there is any new life on these. I called about this and had to chat, not speak to someone in person. I am to give it a year. Not sure where the fast growing comes in...
Everything came on time in good shape all growing well. Look forward to buying more in the fall
I was sent an almost dead tree with what looked like blight and a fugus on it. They sent me a replacement and the replacement also had the fungus on it as well as not being a straight tree. It's trunk had a Y near the bottom that was cut off and a large nub was left. The remaining branch angled far to the side. Both trees were destroyed to prevent the blight and fungus from spreading.
The plant was delivered to the wrong address and I have not received anything
Growing well. Delivered safe and timely in the mail. No issues and would gladly order again.
Trees were smaller than I expected. Began to brown during weeks 2-3 even though I was watering regularly.
Everyone was packed perfectly and growing beyond my expectations. I have ordered other stuff on line with no success. Fast Growing Trees will definitely get my future business.
I bought the largest size available, but what I got was just two small nearly leafless plants that had obviously been recently put in a much larger pot. What a waste of money.
I have ordered several plants from FastGrowingTrees. Com and I have been happy with the plants I've purchased. Some of my purchases such as the rose bushes and jasmine shrubs have been fantastic and others such as the hydrangeas less so. The hydrangeas I bought were tiny compared with my other purchases such. Overall though, I have been happy with the support in terms of plant information that this company provides. All the plants arrived in very good condition.
I am not happy with the tree that I ordered and paid over $100. The quality is not very good and I don't like to complain.
Very good, but I hate being annoyed continuously for a review.
And after the damaged plants arrived, 70% survived. Your customer service made it very clear you were not about to help me, as the hoops you requested me to jump through were ridiculous. Obviously geared so that very few customers would go through the trouble.
Fast growing trees does a great job of giving information out to customers on how to take care of their trees and plants. Also, they keep in constant contact about where customer's items are. They took great care of my jacaranda tree when packaging it. My tree looks amazing, I highly recommend them.
Claim was denied, said there was no guarantee. I asked them to reconsider.
We bought 6 arborvitae, and they are doing great. I had a question about the size of the root balls, and customer service promptly answered my question.
It was easy to order on line and delivery was on time. The tree was flourishing and has continued to grow
