We got two eastern redbuds(on a buy one get one deal). They shipped in perfect condition, and the planting instructions were very helpful. We did not get the two year guarantee, and we did end up losing one of them, but that is how it goes with plants sometimes. The other redbud is thriving though and had beautiful pinkish purple flowers in the spring!
Their site is easy to find detailed info on plants to make decisions. Plant arrived in great health!

I love my Blue Japanese Wisteria tree. The only issue I have is that it was several months before I received the plant. I didn't receive a notice prior to shipping so I was surprised when it arrived.

I have been using this site since we moved in to our home since 2020. My last 4 orders didnt go well. This is my last try for this site. And yes I did use my 1 yr guarantee and it still died.
Fast shipping & excellent guarantee. These folks do what they say. Only problem that I have had in the past was rough handling by the carrier and they have always made it good!
I planted immediately, the directions said NOT to fertilize upon planting, so I didn't with the first one. However, I decided to add BioTone when I planted the second one three weeks later. We have had an awful dry and hot summer season, I have watered every day and fertilized 4-6 weeks. The first plant is turning brown…. Everywhere. The second plant looks great. Unsure if it is adjusting to a new environment, the stress of a super dry and hot area. My plants get sun and shade. I am hoping these two new plants will do better planting at the end of summer.

I have been billed and not received this over 50% of this order and 5 Plants Badly damaged in shipment.
I ordered a 6 ft. Tree and that was last month, still waiting on it or for that matter to get even a shipping time that it will be shipped to me.

I ordered and received a Jane Magnolia. It came well wrapped, and altho it had some droopy leaves, I expect it to thrive! I've potted it and it's doing well so far (1 whole day!) I'm wondering about the trunk, which is healthy, but is 'speckled', which is like no other magnolia that I have. Could be a type that blooms in the cooler weather of SC. I'm about 2 miles from the beach. If no flowers, at least I'll have an adorable little tree. Also came with a small offshoot, which I've also potted up! So happy! I've just ordered another tree!
I have bought several times. I received a tree once that had a bad scar and it was replaced immediately.
