THE TREE ARRIVED JUST WHEN YOU SAID IT WOULD. IT WAS PACKAGED VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND THE DIRECTIONS FOR PLANTING WERE VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND. IT IS THRIVING!

The trees do arrive in decent condition but sometimes bring disease and the ability to get a refund when that's the case is prohibitive.
