After about 6 weeks, the tree was struggling. We talked yo an adviser and were asked to allow the tree more time. Now 3 months after purchase, the tree did not make it. Fast growing trees replaced it. We received great customer service.

Some plants arrive healthy and grow well. Some arrive root-bound and struggle to survive and grow, even in good soil with proper watering. A few quickly died for no clear reason.

I ordered an apricot tree and only sucker from the bottom grew. You credited my account for the purchase price But NOT FOR SHIPPING. With my credit balance I ordered an orange tree and was very disappointed in the size. As I am writing this I am wondering to myself why am I making another purchase
I will receive my 3rd shipment of knockout roses soon. The first two had documented disease and damage. I purchased these plants from your company because I trusted the quality of your plants. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that I have yet to be able to establish the planting around my generator that I hoped for this spring. And, to top it all off, I was required to pay shipping on this last replacement of my plants. In each instance I sent photos that met your requirements of your replacement guarantee. If this shipment is diseased and damaged the only decent thing to do is to give me a full refund.
First time ordering and they lived up to my expectations! I received a healthy, vital tree that bloomed that same year.
Have had great experience for most part. Didn't enjoy receiving a broken plant and being told "it was hardy and would recover". Should have at least given a discount for receiving a very ugly plant
