I have ordered a number of trees and bushes over the years and always had good experiences. Good customer service if there are any issues.
2 lavenders and 2 sage were dead on arrival in my previous order. Roses survived and were packed properly. Can't remember the exact date of my first order.
I had a great customer care specialist who processed my order.
I was given shipping notices along the way.
The plants came on the date promised.
After unpacking the plants, they were perfect. Great packaging, btw!

I have ordered many times with this company, and I like the free shipping offer feature since shipping can be a bit expensive. Love how timely my plants are shipped to my home.
My Redbud tree was a replacement tree, free of charge as my original tree was very damaged in shipping and died.
Most of my products have been delivered alive and well and when they were not alive and well costumer service was great to work with in making the situation correct.
Everything I have ordered has been healthy and thriving.

My last order of 12 1 gallon grasses was missing one. That's why I gave it 4 stars not 5. Quality of plants was good& they are sending me the missing plant when it's back in stock.
Little Mr Meyer is doing great, even after receiving him with the main leader stalk broken and lying dead in the bottom of the shipping box. A longer box might have helped. He didn't seem to mind and is growing full and happy. I love the addition of Root Rocket. I'm sure it helps.

Ordered all the trees/plants/bulbs from FGT over a decade ago when I lived in NC. I am fairly certain that they will continue to impress me with their products in Colorado

About 18 months ago, I needed to use my "Survive & Thrive" guarantee and the employee I worked with was so courteous and professional and had my new bushes out to me ASAP ( they are now well established and beautiful). My most recent order arrived a week ago in perfect condition. I continue to order from FastGrowingTrees because I am never disappointed!

I've bought many trees, bushes, and plants from FastGrowingTrees and have had great luck with them. My avocado, apricot, Key Lime, and Kishu mandarin trees are all thriving, and my raspberries and blackberries started producing this year. The numerous flowering bushes and plants are a hit with the local hummingbirds, and I'm now trying my luck with some coffee, black pepper, and vanilla bean plants. I buy most of my plants from them.
The one time a tree didn't survive, their customer service quickly replaced it. They're always pleasant and helpful, especially when it comes to navigating shipping restrictions. Living in California limits the fruit trees that can be shipped here, but they were very helpful in finding varieties that could be sent.
Purchased 40 trees and so far 7 have died. It was a hot summer, the surviving ones are doing great, hoping they all make it through winter. I did submit a request for replacements and all 7 are on their way! No hassle.
