Bought 3 trees that where bugger in size. Wish they would have shipped them different. They put a 3 in the same box and them and the box where pretty beat up when they arrived. I few broken limbs but luckily non of the trucks where damaged. Trees are currently in the ground and doing fine.
Had several trees that are doing great. Had two flame thrower trees not make it. Even had one of those under replacement warranty.
Tree arrived in good condition and thrived after planting.

I've purchased plants a number of times and have been pleased with the product almost every time. On the one instance the plant died within a few weeks, customer service replaced it very quickly.
I bought a summer's red maple stick. I called and asked where's the tree. It is now 20 ft tall and everyone loves it.
The trees all arrived in fantastic shape and have grown well this year. I planted them in containers and will be moving them into an unheated garage for the winter. Next year I will report into larger containers.

I ordered the same tree and it looks great so I needed another.
I've had good experiences with this company and it's the only one I trust. My only problem with y'all is the seedless grapes. If you order Concord grapes you won't know until you get if if it's seedless. We should be able to choose. I would be upset if I took that gamble and received a seedless plant.
I really don't remember it but I suspect it was a Meyer lemon tree. I didn't have any luck with it but that wasn't your fault. I was a bit taken aback that you still had all my information and no login to "protect" it though.
Your Representative Jessica was extremely helpful in resolving a situation with some troubled Privet plants. (9/23/25) I thought, even though I didn't have anything in mind, tour your plants and chose this to add color to a butterfly garden. THANK YOU JESSICA.
We ordered two different dogwood trees, a white blooming tree and a red blooming tree. The ordering and delivery process was very easy, fast and efficient. When I took the trees out of the box they were taller and full of leaves that wasn't expected. We are very happy with the trees that were shipped to us. So happy that we're ordering eight bushes as well.
I like getting healthier plants that are older and larger container.
