Ordered 7 gal boxwoods Received 3 gal sized plants in a 6.23 gal container. Root balls we're so small for their container they fell out during shipment
Great to work with. Delivery was damaged by shipper but FGT quickly made it right and replaced the damaged items, with quick delivery so that we were able to get the plants in before winter hit.
My trees didn't thrive. Customer service replaced them without any hassles.
Plants arrived in good condition and I have experience success with them.

I ordered four trees with certain due dates. When they arrived it was 2 week later than promised so too late to get planted this fall BUT all of the trees looked dead anyway. So why bother. I'm glad they give a replacement guarantee for they shall certainly need it. Very disappointed.
I'm trying to be patient and give my plant time to perk up.

Sent an elm first then back and forth for several weeks before Aspen arrived. Forced to plant in ground now starting to seriously freeze. Not sure it will survive.

Your discounts never really feel as what they are.
It just comes back to add on taxes. Shipping, HANDLING? U could reward people for always *******@your site. You could make the loyalty work for both the customer and the business.
It's just like a magic act with product size or which discounts U get?

After losing 3 $400 austrian pines (from a local tree farm partially due to clay soils and a needle blight brought on by water spraying the leaves per the farms advice), I decided to try fast-growing trees' green arborvitae trees in smaller starts. HAPPY NOW
Very disappointing experience including with the customer service
Received the wrong tree at first, and they quickly shipped out a replacement without asking for the incorrect tree to be returned to them. The spruce arrived healthy and happy shortly thereafter!
All the trees I ordered were delivered healthy and perfect!
I spent more or less $600 trusting descriptions, paid $139. For a Monty Spruce Pine tree noted as 3-4ft tall and I received a 12 inches tall tree. You're deceiving and malicious as in addition to lying about sizes; advertising plants in gallons and sending quarts you also offered buy one and get a second for 50% less and then charged me full price. This is beyond reprehensible and bad business practice for this was the last time you hear from me.
Customer service replaced a tree@ 20% off after the warranty had expired!
