I was supposed to get store credit from a previous order but when I ordered today I didn't see how to do it. I saw a small discount when using SAVENOW30 but it put the shipping cost back on so it was not much of a discount. I would like to use my store credit on a future purchase.
I have placed multiple orders and have never been disappointed. My orders have all arrived on time and without any damage. They plants have been healthy and the sizes are just as advertised.

Some trees died but you have since changed your policy to cover the loss up to a year. Back when I got mine that wasn't the case, and that was a big loss. Mostly I have had success with your trees and plants.

Happy with the ability to delay the order for optimal planting time in my zone. Only issue is that one of the 6 shrubs I planted in November has died, all the others look good.
The cherry trees I purchased have indeed grown fast and well and last year I got my first fruiting.
I ordered a small Jacarda tree, and when it came it was very hot 95+, but the tree looked very healthy and had moist roots. It's been a year and the tree is thriving. I followed all planting instructions with the exception of the hole size (width) I went larger as I have some clay soil and wanted to make a nice square hole filled with better soil for better root growth
