When I purchased my avocado trees, I forgot to enter the promo code for free shipping so I sent an email explaining my mistake. Without question, Fast-Growing Trees credited my account for the shipping cost. Customer service gets an A++ from me!
The avocado trees were delivered within a week. They showed up in great condition and looking very healthy. I followed planting instruction for Southern California I found online and planted the next day along with root rocket which I also got from Fast-Growing Trees. The trees never showed any sign of transplant shock. It's been several weeks now and the trees seem as happy as can be. I am very satisfied and will purchase again. Quality also gets an A++
I understand the wait, but you did. Not make it clear there would be a delay not until after I paid. I also am awarethatbi can request an eArlier delivery. My wife is more upset than I. I am saying something on her behalf.
Very disappointed tree received boxed with no protection and completely destroyed. Sent pictures and email regarding this and have not received any response from the company.
I purchased some Dynamite Grape Myrtles a few days ago and have to say I'm impressed so far. The shipping was quick and the trees arrived with very secure packaging. They were pruned down and dormant, but I'm sure they will revive in the next coming weeks. I have to say I'm pleased with my shopping experience.

Not please at all. I purchase the items, was told they would be between 4 and 5 feet tall. My banana plant is only 10 inches tall not even one feet. The orange plant is just a stick has not leave whatsoever. Very disappointed. I will not recommend to anyone. And I will discourage people from buying them.

Count on the size being barely the minimum of Description. My trees were upside down on my porch. I could tell there was no effort in keeping them upright ever. Both out of the pots, dirt everywhere. Then of course i found the same trees for half the price elsewhere. I'll never buy here again.
I received the plants l ordered which were delivered late bc of the snow storms accdg to fedex when l tracked my package you sent me. The plants are very dried and tried to keep them alive. In dismay they still died. I am very frustrated seeing plants dying as l opened the box. This is actually the second time and the warranties l paid in addition save me money. I recommend to set a scheduled time of delivery to ensure live plants will survive and grow healthy once received. Ln that way both parties are happy. It's not only about making money once the orders are delivered to the recepients but it's all about satisfying the customers having healthy and growing plants.
I have never gotten such good looking healthy trees from an online order and fast too. Highly recommend.
I had specifically requested that my trees not arrive until Mother's Day, yet they showed up over two months early. I was told to keep them in my basement until planting season, but I'm terribly afraid that my dogs and cats will tear them up. I guess only time will tell.
Unable to track our order and tree never arrived. I will update if customer service ends up being able to solve the issue.
