Received a tree with a pencil thin trunk and crooked. Trying to straighten it with a stick. Leaves had a residue on them.

The tree arrived in perfect condition and within the time it was promised. We just had the tree planted yesterday. We just have to wait for Spring for it to start blooming.
Very pleased in how fast it arrived as well I was surprised at how nice it looked. The online service was easy and fast. It gave instructions and the video is what sold me on buying there. The prices are wonderful and it is truly a one stop place from tree to pots.
I recently ordered 6 large-sized Leyland Cypress trees to start with to see what quality they would turn out to be, and not only did they arrive just 2 days after placing the order, but they were all beautiful and healthy and arrived in excellent condition -- so much so that I quickly ordered 6 more and was rewarded with the same speedy delivery of beautiful healthy trees! Would order again from Fast Growing Trees without hesitation.

We received our fugi and red delicious apple trees both were in excellent condition, also received our two fruit cocktail trees and they were in excellent condition with blooms already, and we also received our two cold hardy avocado trees and they have blooms on them as well. They were all crated great and shipped well. Can't wait to get our first fruits! Very pleased with all of our trees!
MY replacement Miss figgy looks good when arrived. Good customer service handling warranty. Will buy in future.

I ordered my treeexpecting it to arrive days later per the website and then after my purchase it said it would be delayed until April. A few days later my mother received her tree that she bought at the exact same time I did and she only lives 5 minutes away. I emailed asking about the status of mine and have not received a response back. When I try to check the status of mine the order status area is completely blank. Im very upset and would like to hear a response back and a time frame for when my tree will be delivered.
Customer service was good. There was a damage issue on an order and follow solutions were timely. Disappointed that I could not purchase larger trees though
Haven't gotten my tree yet, but the web site and customer service have been great. I ordered a lemon tree two years ago, and it died on me, but I think that had (A LOT) more to do with me than the retailer.
Trees came in a timely manner. Trees look good. All is good! This is the first time I have ordered wit them.
All the plants reached us with solid packing and were in great shape. We order quite often and it is always picture perfect

I decided to give these guys a shot after reading mostly good reviews, but will absolutely not be ordering from them again.
I ordered 2 trees: a weeping willow and a yoshino cherry tree. I only ordered a 4-5' weeping willow, but it came and was no more than 1/4" wide, propped up onto a (much thicker) stick. The cherry tree I ordered (a 6-7'), was not mature at all, very thin stalk, few branches, and barely cracked 6'.
You pay a premium price ordering this site, and the trees do nothing to back it up. As I said, I wanted to give these guys a shot to see what they're all about, but have no intention of ordering from again. I went to my local HD and they had much larger and more mature trees (both weeping willows and yoshino cherry), for less than half the price. Do not bother with this site.
Ordered two trees that would otherwise not be available at local nurseries. Arrived quickly and healthy!
They shipped my plants quickly and they were in good shape. They came in soil ready to plant. They were in a box.
I am so impressed with the courtesy and prompt attention extended to me when there was a problem with one of the tree that I ordered. Their action towards the problem was prompt and they fulfill as they promise. How I wish they carry all the plants in the world.
Came on time and like the trees. I ordered two oaks and a juniper. I had cut a large oak and needed to replace it.
