From last order, Dynamite Crape Myrtle I received dry. Thats my complain. In the past 6 months I order 300$ plants, and I will think next time before I order anything!
I went to lowes to purchase fertilizer and just at the door for the same I found the same type of tree double the height and four times the width!
This company is a total joke!
My plant arrived in good shape and the instructions about how to take care of it are very clear. I would recommend it to everyone who wants a tree
I ordered trees and paid for them and have not heard when or if they will ever be shipped.no information if they will ship at a later date.
We didnt end up getting the trees. We found other trees locally for a fraction of the price that worked just as well.
The wisteria arrived well-packaged, about a 2' tall seedling. Planted it and it started growing like gangbusters immediately. No complaints about any part of the process, this was a successful sale all-around.
Local nurseries have better prices for larger plants and they guarantee the pants for free. The plants I have purchased from fast growing trees looked half dead. I had to replant the plants in potting soil. A few survived.
The leaves appear to be yellowing on plants. Packing & shipping great. I will try replying ferrilizing & nursing back to healt.
Would order from them again without hesitation. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in good condition. Tracking the package allowed me to see where it was and when it would arrive
Great service, great packaging, but the tree only lasted a week.It came pakaged very well, but had black spots on the leafs. One by one they have all fell off.
Very good communication throughout the buying and shipping process. The trees came quickly and packaged well. Transplanted in the ground last week and already lots of new growth on the Caroline Raspberry bushes.
Very satisfied and will buy from them again!
Order process was easy. Able to talk to person. Trees arrived on time, in good shape, and they are in larger pots, till able to plant into the ground. The trees are actually growing new leaves already, and the leaves that were a little tired from the trip, are shaping up nicely.
... Meyer lemon tree arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Given the instructions suggest replanting in first week, Id recommend purchasing the pot and soil at same time. Otherwise arrives in standard florist black plastic pot. Bought as a gift and recipients LOVED it. Will keep indoors until Spring decides to show up
Well packaged 5 feet young tree looks great with lots of branches. Happy with this company. Tree looks bigger than expected and they included a cute bag of fertilizers.
Rudeness after calling to inquire paying $80 dollars for a lemon tree I received a tree 8 tall should have went to my local nursery
Got our Knock Out Rose Trees beautifully boxed, fully leafed out & ready to plant in our patio pots! Planting was super easy! Excited to see these gorgeous blooms!
I have ordered many new shrubs and trees and am very pleased with the customer service, health of the plants, and packaging they provide for shipping.

From the website to discussion with the sales person to delivery and follow up this tree buying experience was first rate. The website was well designed and informative; the sales staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and most helpful; the delivery was expeditious; and the planting and growing directions were clear and complete. The price was good and the trees arrived healthy and in good shape.
The tree arrived in excellent condition. As soon as it was received, I unboxed it (easily done), and transplanted it according to on-line instructions. Even though the sun in St. George, UT is somewhat lessened due to daily Solar Radiation Mitigation efforts, the tree almost immediately started sending out new leaves.
