Great experience, arrived quickly and the plants were looking good!
My winter order arrived in early March in good condition in well designed shipping cartons and boxes.
The trees we get are always nice big and full! The one time we needed a refund they were easy to work with!
Bought a dogwood tree... still waiting for it to bloom, but it has only been a little over 4 years, so maybe this will be the year for blooms.
Tiny little trees came lovingly packed. They were healthy looking and seemed well cared for.

Never had issues other than some state laws of what I can order fruit tree wise. That isnt the fault of the company though. I have bought from them several times and all my plants have been healthy and thriving.
Took great care with this tree. Gave it both artificial light and natural sunlight. Tree never grew a NEW leaf

With my very first purchase years ago I was impressed with your customer service and how they guided me. Last year I ordered rose trees that were beautiful and gave me a show all season.
They would not replace a tree that I waited too long to claim the warranty on. Just seems crazy that you would not help me with a replacement when the tree was clearly dead well before the 60 day warranty cutoff.
I have been pleased with the health of plants when they arrive, though the last "Tree" I ordered came in a 16 oz. Plastic cup.
