Delivery was done during a blizzard, so difficult to get in the ground immediately. One of the trees is looking very sad. Will keep you posted as to their condition.
Great tress. We planted them and they have taken well. Customer service was excellent. I had ordered 3 trees but only 2 came. I contacted customer service and they expedited the shipping of the 3rd tree immediately. Will definitely use the service again.
I have purchased 11 trees in total over the past 7 months. Only 5 of them are still in good/excellent condition. 1 is completely dead and I will need to reach out to Fast-Growing-Trees to discuss a replacement as it should not have died so quickly.
I do not plan on making any more purchases from them.
I've gotten countless houseplants from fast growing trees on different occasions, during different seasons, and have never been disappointed with the products I've recieved. Highly recommend
It was ok, the trees were noticeably different in size. But we made it work. Not sure if we'll use them again though.
The tree was a tiny little stick that was packaged horrible. I had bought it for a new construction house I am selling. I ended up throwing the tree away. It was too embarrassing to plant. The way the roots were chopped off, I am not even sure it would have survived if I would have planted it.

I am so sorry to hear this. I wish you would have contacted us as soon as you received it so we could have made it right before throwing it away. As tree people we want to make sure every tree and plant gets a chance to thrive. The particular tree that you purchased grows up before it grows out to create a taller canopy. We would have hoped you would have given it a chance to show you how great it could be. A customer service agent will be reaching out to you privately to see what we can do to assist.
They where very helpful. My trees arrived as scheduled in excellent. Condition. Their insurance replace part of my order though no fault of theirs. I will definitely order from them again.
I had received an email saying my order had been delivered. The only problem was it had not been. I called customer service and in about 15 minutes the problem was resolved. I received the trees two days later and they are doing great in their new home.
Fine experience, one of my products was missing, I called and got the item 2 days later, so far I like your company and will order again
I ordered a Japanese Maple that I have been longing to plant in my yard. It arrived in a timely manner and was in great shape. It has since been planted and is flourishing.
I was to get a 6-7 foot tree. It came cut back 3-4 in. S, this tree should not have been cut back, it should have been put in a biger box.
The trees arrived in perfect condition. The fig tree just took off and is growing so fast.
I am a. Little disappointed in the satsuma tree as it looks like it hasnt grown at all.

Took a chance on this company after finding the plants I wanted. They initially overcharged me (charged for shipping) but immediately refunded it to me even after we found out it was my fault. Received the plants in perfect condition. Planted them and they are perfect. Never lost a leaf. Not sure how they do that. Recommend them to all if you are looking for quality plants.
Trees arrived on time and in great condition. They even had leaves and small blooms on the cherry trees. Peach, Apples also had leaves and in good condition.
The tree was the size described and was shipped the day after I ordered. The tree is alive and well, having grown a few inches in the last few weeks.

Paid for a butterfly bush expecting a plant with green leaves instead received a dormant plant 4 high with sticks and no leaves at all.
Went to a garden center that was unfortunately 30 miles away and bought same plant that is 24 tall with full green leaves
Jan- I am sorry to hear this. I know that sometimes plants will arrive in a dormant state with no leaves but once they get acclimated to their new home they should start to flush out. Because we are located in an area where plants will go dormant we have a dormancy policy that covers them at 100%. Everything arrived timely and all plants were in good condition. One plNt was omitted in error and it was promptly shipped as soon as I notified customer service. Well done.
There products are what they say and not little sticks! It was package very well and looked very healthy.
