Product was overpriced for its quality. The olive tree purchased did not live up to the standards advertised.
We were very satisfied with the prompt delivery, the proportionately sized root balls and the care with which our trees had been packed.
The one tree was squarely within the range of the advertised size and was nicely leaved and healthy, however, the second tree was very small, literally had only one or two leaves and a broken branch; to our surprise it still survives.
Had both trees been similar to our healthy one, this would have been a 100% review, and given the health and size of the healthy tree, two healthy ones were clearly within the capability of the shipper.
A bit pricey, perhaps, but one expects that for the convenience of shipping to your front door. In fairness, I didnt pursue the issue; complain, ask for replacement, etc.

Trees arrived in great shape. I had to leave them in the pots for almost 2 weeks, just set them in the shade and watered daily until I planted them. They are growing beautifully!
The tree arrived promptly and in excellent condition. This tree replaces one that died. This time I bought the extended warranty. The piece of mind is worth it.

I bought 10 Thuja Green Giants and all are thriving but one. It is dead. I planted them all in the same location, same day, etc. I should have bought your insurance during checkout.
Just planted them this spring and they have more flowers than the 2 year old plants my sister has. All the neighbors commit on the amount of flowers for the size of the plants.

The Fiddle leaf fig arrived with brown edges on many leaves. I gave the tree a bigger pot, straightened out the main stem, did not over water it and the brown edges are getting worse. Since the leaves are large, it will be a while before it can grow new leaves that are not brown. I am not sure if I can make it look better.
I bought 5 trees. One was shipped broken. The band that holds the root ball had broken during shipping/packaging and one tree was broken in half. The company QUICKLY sent a replacement which made it right. All the trees seem to be doing well so far and have new leaves. I would highly recommend buying from this company and I will be buying more from them I. The future as well.
THe Oak tree I ordered came with a crumbling root system that did not take root once replanted. It came in the same box as the other tree on the opposite side so the soil came out and roots crumbled. I planted it anyway but it died. This was the first time I ordered trees online. I should get my money back.

Our honeycrisp tree arrived in great shape, full of leaves and an abundant roots. None of the branches were bent or damaged. There was even a small bud growing upon arrival.

Very reliable Company! The merchandise is delivered in a box and is in very good condition upon arrival, there wasn't any damage to the plant or the container.
