My trees arrived in perfect condition! Box was well protected and my trees were well protected. Will be purchasing more trees.
Plants turned brown and died within 2 weeks. One of them was well on its way to being gone when the package arrives. Company she be called Fast Dying Trees
Plants were delivered as promised. And are doing well. Instructions for planting included and clear!

We purchased a few (Hawthorn berry) plants last year. We ordered 3 female and one male. We were excited about the arrival and planted them right away. All four seemed to take well. But then this past June, I began to notice the male was not doing so well. It eventually died. My wife contacted Fast Growing Trees and found that the trees still were under warranty. After some exchanging of information between us we settled on using the credit offered to purchase a new male plant. The nursery did not have any plants available for sale at the time as the season doesnt begin for a few months. However, Racheal stepped up to the plate and made it happen any way. I must say I was very impressed with the plant size and health as well as with her resolve to satisfy us. The delivery was very prompt. I will be coming back for more plants/trees in the future. And much of that decision is due to the way that they treated us during the entire process. Thank You Racheal.
I got four trees; a loquat, a peach, a pear, and an apple tree. The loquat being the most expensive. For the first few months, the peach tree exploded with growth very pleased and the other ones were still quite slow. But I started noticing that the loquat tree wasn't doing very well. When all the old leaves fell off it really started going downhill. All the new leaves dropped and went yellow. When I pulled it up I saw all the roots had almost no growth and were all dried up and dead looking. I was very satisfied with the other trees though. About a month ago I accidentally sprayed some bug spray on the pear tree. The next day it looked like all of the leaves were black and shriveled up. But when I checked back about a week later it had tons of new pretty growth. It even had a few flowers! The apple tree and peach tree also had tons of growth. The shipping was fast and they arrived pretty healthy. I also got 4 free blueberry trees too. All the other things about made up for the loquat tree death which is why I gave four stars. Definitely will order again but maybe not the tropical trees.
The packaging looked very professional and quite considerate of the tree. When I opened the box, the plant look healthy. But shortly after (about 2 weeks) the leaves began falling.
I have a lot of plants, and trees in my home, so I just observed the plant to see if it would adapt... unfortunately it is now almost bare.
Perhaps the journey to my home was enough to shock the tree and its roots.
Came in a little baby tree, now 6 months later, gorgeous fig tree with tiny figs on it. My fig tree likes morning sun in back of house, here in north Georgia. Love my Fig Tree!
We had a tree come in that did not look to well and they had me send photos. They told me to give it time and see if it managed to regain healthiness. Once it died they worked on shipping me a new one right away. Very friendly and helpful staff and the company stands behind their product.
They shipped me a sickly, smaller tree than I had ordered (a rising sun redbud) and without hesitation they offered to send another, my other 6 trees and shrubs from them came healthy and as promised. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. It's impossible to be perfect, but owning up to your error and making it right is good business.
Delivered as described... planted them like we were told... no even 4 months yet and they have already grown over 1 foot...
I have received nothing but excellent customer services from Fast-Growing-Trees.com I feel many companies these days lack basic customer service skills. Not with these guys.
They go above and beyond and are super helpful of determining questions ahead and are proactive in their approach which helps save you time. (Thanks Robin) If I email them, I get a response the same day or if I call them, I'm never on hold for more than a min. You get a rep located in the US that actually wants and enjoys talking to you.
I've purchased 56 green arborvitaes to outline my front and back yard and a handful of indoor plants. Out of those 56, I had 2 die. I called FGT and they sent out 2 more, no questions asked, no back and forth, no hassle. They are so easy to work with. I couldn't imagine not purchasing my indoor and outdoor plants with them. There is a reason why this company has so many 4+ star reviews.

The Tangerine tree & Grapevine that I purchased were packaged perfectly. Both were still fresh when I opened the package. I can't believe the tangerine tree is already growing out tangerines. I had purchased a grapevine from HomeDepot and eventually, it died on me. The grapevine that I purchased from Fast-Growing-Tress is still blossoming. I will definitely purchase future orders from this company and I will highly recommend your company to family members and friends. Keep up the awesome job that youare doing.
The tree arrived packaged well and was very easy to plant. The height was as described. I am looking forward to next spring to see it bloom. This year it arrived just past the blooming period. It seems to be growing quite well. I did purchase the starter kit.

I received a damaged weeping cherry (due to improper packaging: the roots were in a loose bag) that arrived wilted and clearly damaged. I took pictures and notified FGT with pictures of the plant's terrible condition. They basically told me this is not unusual and I should give the plant a chance to recover. The plant never recovered and I never received a replacement. I later discovered that I could purchase a larger, potted weeping cherry at a lower cost from another source.
There are many other good and responsive mail order nurseries that provide healthy stock and excellent service at reasonable prices. I have shifted my purchases elsewhere.
