I ordered 50 small Thuja Green Giants to border my property and several of them didn't make it. I had purchased the warrenty and was able to get them replaced quickly and they're doing great! Order arrived within a couple of days and I didn't have to worry about transporting all those trees in my car! This company is very responsive and customer-oriented. I highly recommend them.

Willow will not stand alone, very flimsy even after proper nutrients and planting. Neither tree is growing well. My Tulip Popular on the other hand is beautiful. Very satisfied with it.

The green giant turned brown and died even though it had plenty of water and sun. Very disappointed.

I transplanted them in larger pots, put them on the patio, and they are now two feet high. I will bring them in the house for the winter. I hope they continue growing. They are great, leafy, good looking plants.

Tree arrived promptly, as promised but had no root ball, struggled initially and was dead in 3 days. It was just what I wanted, seemed to be shipped right. It just didn't have a chance.

This is my second hobaround with these folks and it was as disappointing as the first! Only reason I did it again was their customer service rep named Elvis. Although it took him 2 times to get it somewhat right.

Our summer has been very warm and the windmill palm is loving it was received very healthy and will be wrapping it well for the winter hopefully it will survive and keeps growing and growing for years to come!

I purchased trees and followed all the instructions but my trees just lost the leaves. I'm more left with two twigs sticking out of the ground. Expensive trees too.

Easy to order, and shipping was quick. Unfortunately one tree arrived with about half the branches dead. There weren't enough leaves in the box for it to have died in shipping, so presumably it was mailed this way. Disappointing!

Trees were very small and half dead when arrived. Only one tree out of the order lived. Could have bought bigger healthier trees from local nursury. Very dissatisfied.

I was a bit skeptical of a willow tree being shipped and what condition it would be in when it arrives, and we have been more than impressed with how quickly our tree has grown and the quality of the tree. I'm an avid gardener and can honestly say this tree is better than most trees that I buy locally (which was shocking to me!)
