Most of the "fast growing Thuja's" that I ordered, died. I bought some from Walmart afterwards for a fraction of the price and they are doing well.
Bare root trees that haven't taken root. A few are holding on, barely, but more than 1/2 are lifeless (total of 8). I've bought from Fast Growing Trees before, with success, but I'll never buy bare root again.
Quick delivery of tree in great shape. My cherry tree was very resilient, the deer ate all the leaves but once I covered it they grew back in no time.
I love the trees and shrubs I ordered. 3 of the original shrubs did not survive. Customer service replaced them and my new hedge is looking great. I can't wsit to see the color next Spring!
I received a good quality snow fountain weeping cherry tree and it appears to be growing well currently. The free dog wood that I received looks smaller then the Charlie Brown Christmas tree and it isn't growing too well but it was a free gift tree anyways. Maybe they could give slightly larger or better quality free gifts if they give them at all. But overall my experience with this company was excellent and I would order again.
I ordered a tree for a relative to plant as a memorial. It was received in a timely manner and she even received another tree free! She was very pleased with the gift, Thank you!
Ordered plants for landscaping project was satisfied with the shipping and plants were in pretty good shape and are growing quite well I will see next spring how they hold up
Trees were much smaller than anticipated. For the price I expected full sized 4-5 feet trees, not thin trees where they considered the dirt/root as a part of the height. One tree was damaged and they replaced it at no cost which was great, but for what I received I over paid.
We ordered wax Myrtle and the first shipment arrived in perfect condition. Decided to order more and unfortunately this shipment did not arrive in good shape so I contacted the company and they sent replacements which were packed properly and did arrive in perfect condition. They are now growing like crazy in our yard and we're very happy. Hoping they will be ok thru the winter and we won't have any issues.
We followed instructions that were given to us, the tree has done nothing. I'm very disappointed for the price we paid for the tree and it still looks like a stick with a few leaves on it planted in my yard.
Best on line tree source out there. Trees were healthy and arrived in great condition. Staff is very helpful.
I have bought several trees from fastgrowingtrees.com and I've never had a problem with them. Trees show up alive and ready to go in the ground. I recommend this place 100%. I will continue to buy from fastgrowingtrees.com as long as I have room for them. But I have 10 acres to fill up so I have a lot of trees to buy.

Had no success with the plants. Burlap was used for root ball for shipping. A sturdy bucket container may have been more appropriate for shipping the plants, especially cross country.
Would never buy from you again.
Bought locally same trees for half the price and much bigger. Plus I was sent 3 trees I have no idea as to what they are but they are not what I ordered. I ordered all of the same giant evergreen. They were supposed to be at least 2 ft tall. What I got was less than a foot. Way to much money for those trees. Never again will I buy from this company.
I'm very pleased with my tree. Looks great in my dining room corner. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but it was well worth the money. I get excited when I see new leaves. It seems easy to take care of.
I was impressed with the delivery of the 3 Thuja Green Giants and 1 White Dogwood. They were neatly arranged in long boxes. The plants were so beautiful and healthy when they arrived and are doing great now that they have been planted. I have already recommended this service to friends. I'll be back to order more. Complete waste. Shocked when I received a twig that they call a tree. Wind and rain knock down their so called trees. Tried splinting and this obtained laughs from neighbors. Don't waste your time, go to real nursery and buy a real tree.
Fed Ex lost my trees but tracking showed it was delivered at 6:30 am. I had to contact customer service several times. Every time, I spoke to a different person and I had to explain the situation over and over. Everyone have a different answer. That was on Friday. Monday, I had to call customer service again because I still did not get my trees. I finally spoke with one customer service representative who was very helpful. Fed Ex finally delivered my trees on Monday afternoon. I was worried the trees would be unhealthy bit they were ok. Because of the terrible customer service (with the exception of 1 out of the 5), I would not order from them again or recommend them.
Plant arrived healthy and lush. Can't wait for it to bloom. If plant blooms as expected we will br ordering again.
