I paid $20+ on a lavender plant only to receive it smashed and loose in the box. I tried to contact the company and I sent more than one email with pictures. The willow tree I paid $80+ for looks sad and I gave it a couple days but I am not holding out much hope. I have always had luck with this company and I am not sure if I can order in the future.

I received my Banana Tree in a timely fashion and it was in great shape. However, I planted it outside and then the weather turned really cold. It's not looking so good now. Hoping it will come back when the weather turns warmer. If not, I'll most likely order another one.
