Very pleased my trees arrived in very good condition
While ordering and delivery were professional and efficient, the plants themselves were not in bloom (as described) and have still not bloomed.
Tree arrived safely with only one large branch broken... however it was not quite what I expected. Trees from other sellers in this 4 gallon container are listed as 3-4 feet tall at $79. This tree was NOT even 2 feet tall. I see in reviews that other buyers were also disappointed with the size. However the rest of the tree seemed healthy and is surviving. I have not seen any new growth yet.

I am well pleased with the tree. It was well packed,, shipped faster than I expected. Believe it or not the tree. Had a couple of flowers within a week
I get my box standing on end. One upside down,, a lot of broken branches cause of lose bags of root fertilizer

Fast shipment with plant in secure packaging. Initially first ordered was damage during shipment but company replace the damage tree with 100% satisfaction.
I gave 2 as a gift, and I can only hope these trees grow and provide as much enjoyment as I had as a child. I grew up w 4 in my yard. They arrived and are now planted.

The 2 crape Myrtles I ordered were in a box for 11 days. They were in tuff condition but I followed the instructions and they both bounced back nicely. I can't wait to see them grow and flower. I contacted the gardener online and she was very helpful. I will do more business with this company next year.
The idots who delivered the box could not read.In big letters it said this side up of course they tipped it. Breaking one of the trees. I managed to trim it and I planted them immediately, luckily they are growing fine. We will see next spring how they are.

My berry bushes arived late due to FedEx. They ended up sitting in box, in 110 degree heat at the sorting facility for 2-3 days. As a result the plants were in pretty rough shape. 3 of the 4 rebounded. 1 of them did not.
I bought my first crape myrtle from FGT.com about 4 years ago. That tree grew from a twig in to the most gorgeous crape myrtle in our entire neighborhood which is FULL of crape myrtles. And it grew CRAZY fast. So of course when I moved, I had to get two more to plant at our new place. They both were shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. They are thriving in our "adequate" but not great soil. So I'm very pleased once again with my purchase. I've gotten trees and plants from other places, but I'm done with that. I'm NEVER disappointed with FastGrowingTrees. And their customer service is AWESOME.
Fantastic! The banana plant came in excellent condition however I was a little concerned about the peach tree. It's taking this long for the leaves to return. Within two days of its arrival every leaf was gone with exception of maybe 3 to 4
Ordered three blueberry bushes, all various sizes. The largest bush/plant was missing soil out of the top when I opened it up (dirt everywhere), so most of the roots were exposed and very unhappy. I planted it as soon as it was opened to help get it settled again, but it's not looking very good at a month later (half the plant already died and no new growth at this point). I'm holding out to see if that one even survives. The other two smaller bushes/plants seemed to be packed much better, and they are doing very well with lots of new growth already. So a half good and half not-so-good experience.
We ordered from Fast Growing Trees because we needed the shrubs quickly. Based on the information on the website, we were led to believe that we would receive the shrubs in 1-2 days. This seemed great, especially since we were getting live shrubs that needed to be planted immediately in order to survive. When the order shipped, we tracked the order, and it said the shrubs will not arrive until 10 days after the order was placed. When I called to talk to Fast Growing Trees about the misinformation (or confusing information) about shipping time on the website, they were unhelpful and uninterested in working with me to resolve my issue. The service provider I spoke to was rigid and unhelpful. Customer service really makes you think twice about using a company.
