Very easy purchase, quick delivery looks great, came as advertised
I bought these trees as gifts, so I can't speak to how the trees are doing now. They did arrive intact and in a timely manner. I had a lot of trouble getting my payment to process. I had to try several times before payment was successful. The search function could work better, also. When asking for trees that could grow in certain zones, I would get results for trees from other zones.
Site is great and shipping to San Francisco was about a week. I ordered 3 double bloom gardenia trees and they arrived seemingly healthy and well packaged. It's been 2 weeks or so and all three are looking good. Hoping they will continue this way. Will order from this site again.
Delivery was good and trees were planted within 48 hours. It's too early to say if they will make it but they seemed healthy when they arrived.

The tree came boxed and wrapped without any damage. The pot of soil was moist. The tree was healthy and taller than advertised. All and all this company knows who to wrap and ship their product. A good experience and a good price.

Well, trees and azaleas arrived all okay, I think/hope. A little late for planting right away--my fault/locale. I hope I'm doing right in holding them over 'til Spring--trying my best.
I suppose it tells that this is all new to me, but the folks have done their job and great with a follow up phone call from me with advice. It's all up to Mother Nature now, I suppose.

I re-potted it a couple of days after receiving (used perlite, cactus soil and potting mix) and brought it inside my house by the south/west facing window as the weather is starting to hit low 40s. I am seeing growth at the same time a lot of leaves are falling out. Is this normal? The fast-growth packet I bought with it, never mentioned about how much, so I used the whole thing at once (hopefully I did not damage the plant).
I am looking forward for it to fully bloom and thicken...
