Trees came a little broken but still alive and okay
Customer service is always great and you can always reach a human by phone.
New homeowner and the info and expertise on the site along with the deals makes everything for my yard easy.
Sometimes the plants are not carefully protected for shipping. Often, the plants are tiny, and still in a small pot shape, but shipped in a larger, more expensive sized pot.
Was great except I received a Lsu fig tree that wasnt even a fig tree and I didn't find out till years later when it didn't fruit and I had to research why. I have plenty of other fig trees for reference now but that was my first one so I didn't know any better
I had purchased two Benjamin braided ficus trees, and one has become glorious and the other sickly. I tried all of the methods and hacks the customer service team provided to no avail. I had to put a claim in against my one year warranty, and there was a credit in my account waiting for me to use, which I excitedly did today!
Previous purchase was as described, arrived in good condition and on time.
I've had healthy trees and trees that died. I've had trees replaced and replaced those trees in my own when they died not calling customer service.
I had 1 issue in the past and the company upheld their warranty and rectified the situation. Satisfied with the results.

I've placed many orders for trees as I build my orchard up. Every tree has come in great, thriving condition, except one, which customer service has been helping to make sure it eventually thrives. I will not buy trees from anyone else.
I've purchased some plants and all worked out. I had a fungus infection in a 4in1 pear tree but that could be bad luck and the tree is fighting it.
All the plants I ordered are still alive and thriving.
We purchased 3 frost free peach trees 2 years ago and so far, they seem to be doing great, no fruit yet but the trees look very healthy
