Shipping was fast and item was well packaged. The tree had many discolored and/or browning leaves. It has been over two weeks and I have been able to get some rebound, but the tree isn't as healthy looking as I hoped for at this point. I usually have good luck with trees/shrubs/plants. I have been doing my own landscaping for many years. Hopefully with more TLC I will get it to respond better with more time.

My initial order was one plant short and had one plant damaged during shipping. I called their customer service and the plant missing from my order and the damaged plant were shipped immediately at no charge. Excellent customer service!

For the price I paid, I expected a little more of a substantial wisteria. It is the size of a weed.

The Camelia looks great and is thriving in our yard. They are not super fast on the shipping, but they are honest about when it will be shipped. It is easy to track the progress. I'm very happy, and my only complaint is that the box was too large. It was a lot of cardboard to recycle. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

Ordering was simple, trees were much smaller than advertised. Ordered 5 foot trees, 3 footers showed up... root ball was not secure and all the soil had fallen away from the roots. Trees were dry and leaves falling off.

Most trees arrived damaged, roots exposed, tops broken off.

I love our plants, I think they are pricey but so far worth the cost. Time will tell but very healthy!

I would say that this is the best live plant ever that I purchased on line.
I am very please with the product that I received.

Plants arrived as described and healthier than I expected.

Very customer friendly. The company is service-oriented. One of the trees came in a burlap bag and the roots were unstable in the bag so we hope the tree survives. The worst thing was that Fed Ex refused to bring our trees to the front porch of the house and left the boxes 3 times at the street even though our mailbox and another large sign says that deliveries should be walked to the front porch. Fed Ex drivers are purposefully not complying with the request while Amazon and UPS drivers are following the delivery direction.

Received my tree fast and in great condition, planted it the same day.

When I called I was told to senior pictures. I did. I never heard back.

I struggled to get the correct items. Only one of four items was replaced. A discount was applied but they would not replace or refund my purchase even though they agreed the incorrect plants were sent. Very frustrating.

Was so happy to find a small tree for a tight garden space at the corner of our house. Was surprised at how quickly we received our new tree. Also impressed at how well it was packaged. Detailed planting instructions came with the tree. Only been in the ground a little over a week. So far, so good.

When my tree arrived it had a top that was at a 45 degree angle w/ several large branches broken. I emailed FGT immediately and within a day they shipped me a brand new one. When it arrived it was in great condition and twice as nice as the 1st one. Thanks FGT for a great buying experience!

I was expecting the trees to have a decent root ball and not just look like twigs with a few leaves. We planted them and now I have 3 dead sticks in my yard. The hydrangeas were in pretty bad shape too but I think I can save 5 of them, the last one is pretty dead but I haven't completely given up yet.

2 out of 6 trees I ordered arrived damaged... one being very damaged and does not look healthy and probably won't make it. I've ordered trees from here before and have always had a great experience until now. Very disappointing

It came fabulously packed. I planted it immediately. It's doing well. Sil only 2 ish weeks but this time next year I'll be very excited.
