It was winter when I ordered it. Planted in spring. Lasted through the winter, lost all its leaves and now it's coming alive. WOW!
Support staff was able to answer all my questions with knowledge and respect!
I purchased a cold hardy avocado tree roughly 7 years ago. Still going strong, plenty of fruit every year. Temps got down to the low 20's this year in Central Florida and only a few smaller branches were lost.

Ordered 4 rhododendrons, 3 of them died despite proper care, and very similar planting locations for all 4 plants, and fast growing trees did absolutely nothing to make it right. I completely regretted that I didn't buy them at Home Depot or Lowe's, because they would have refunded or replaced the plants. The only reason I'm placing an order today is because the stores near me don't have the one gallon pot right now.

I purchased a Tulip Poplar and a Cherry tree 2 years ago and are growing beautifully. The Cherry tree is beginning to bloom.
