I could write a very lengthy explanation of what we experienced, but to list a few highlights: this company has the WORST selection of "influencers", disabled an active campaign so that we could not respond to the influencers that we did select for our campaign, did not respond to any email (contact us) or live chat with urgent questions about our campaign being disabled due to technical reasons, had technical problems connecting our social media channels within their platform (they never resolved this issue either) - and I could go on and on. I suggest that anyone looking for an influencer network worthy of your time, effort and to achieve good results, stay far far away from Tomoson. Just a horrible experience from top to bottom. They list no phone number on their website, so when they ignored our emails and live chat did not work at all no matter what time of the day it was, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute charges just to get these guys to respond to me. Just a TERRIBLE experience top to bottom.

First of all, its made up of nearly all Amazon sellers, violating the rules by messaging influencers to receive free products in exchange for 5 star reviews.
This is against Tomoson policy, which they do nothing about but also against Amazon's policy and it's just wrong.
Secondly, Tomoson is so user UNfriendly.
It constantly loses connection with your social media accounts and companies want hours of photos and reviews on multiple platforms, blogs and videos in exchange for a dollar store item.
No thanks, make hundreds on other sites without spending 2 hours or more working on a post for a headband you may or may not even receive.

We need to pay money for subscription.And the influencers even can leave a review for employer? If you don't like the influncer's work, you have nothing to do it but only release you money for the worst workers and leave a review for them. However，the review for influencer is Invisible，I think it a worst platform for a brand.If you don't want to be trolled ，just leave The Tomoson far away.

I been a member of this website for almost 2 years it was nice at first but now its just all garbage. I have my account locked several times because they cannot send their item on time. I understand that most of them are coming from China and it takes 30-60 days before it can reach US but it should be on their part to fix the allotted time to finish the task. They will give you 14 days to finish the task knowing it will take 30 days or more for the product to reach you after that they will locked your account if you can't finish the task on time. Like what the f I am suppose to review if there is no product to review. Also it's a hassle to contact CS every time your account is lock so I just left my account lock and I don't care anymore. Like one time I applied for a bag campaign it took them 2 months to shipped my item out and another 1 month to deliver it. Plus I have to pay for shipping and some percentage of the item. The wait is not worth it even the product is not worth it. They use to be very professional and the item arrives fast but now it's not longer like that. I still have 3 campaigns left that I applied around February and I'm still waiting for my item after that I'm done. There are better websites.

When I first started using Tomoson almost 2 years ago I think it was, It was a nice site, rather easy to get at least free items since when I first started my scores were low, just starting out and all, but now I have a fairly decent score, decent followers on the social media sites they use etc. And now this site seems to have been taken over by shady characters from China/Asia area. They only want to talk outside of Tomoson Messaging(against the rules), they want you to pay for "Free" products then get refunded after review is up, or they don't want to pay you at all for the Paid Opportunity campaigns, and want you do it all free or refund you the cost of the product. They give product codes that don't work, then tell you "Only certain ones are for the promotion, won't tell you what color/size of the product is in the promotion, they tell you "try it with all and find which one it works for. Um NO! I'm not looking for a needle in a haystack Thanks! I'm about done with this company all together When you report the business, I don't think anything happens, because I'll see them posting new items days later. It truly is sad, because this is how I was building my blog up and getting more people subscribed to my blog, and Social Media so I could move on to bigger opportunities. But from the looks of it I'll have to find a new trail to take, and find something that is going to work all the time, every time.

Don't expect a great time if you're looking for free products to test and review on this site. Only one campaign replied back to test their product. However their free was now replaced with a discount coupon to purchase their product. Tried to report them and tomoson says they did nothing wrong. And you can't be removed from a campaign until you complete it or until the time expires that you have to complete it. So I figured oh well I'll get annoying emails for 14 days and it will kick me off the campaign anyways. I have been getting harassed with emails for over 2 months now. Apparently either tomoson or the campaign keeps resetting the days I have left trying to make me do it. Can't even close your account while you're 'hired' to complete the campaign.

THEIR SUPPORT IS SABOTAGING THEIR OWN CLIENTS THAT THEY CHARGE from ~ $50 to $600! And not only that, you pay to be insulted and treated like $#*!! THEY LITERALLY TRY TO CAUSE THEIR CLIENTS LOSSES OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS TO MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!

But you don't realize the insanity of doing that and the AMOUNT OF DESTRUCTION AND LOSSES that doing that would inflict upon your clients, the sellers.

I investigated and let me put it in clear perspective.

Doing what you suggested would make it impossible for the seller to RESTRICT the buyer to receive ONLY ONE PRODUCT FOR FREE. (you can no longer configure the "buyer benefit applies to a quantity of" box)

Buyers could and would most likely purchase 20-30 products FOR FREE or the whole god damn inventory.

Everything the seller has in stock would vanish and STOLEN because of your ill advice.

What you instructed to be doing is BORDERLINE TO SABOTAGE! And whoever follows your instructions will find their stock has been stolen directly as a consequence of following your BAD INSTRUCTIONS.

TOMOSON would then be liable to THEFT and SELLER LOSSES in the THOUSANDS TO MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!

If this is your official recommendation policy, I strongly urge you to bring this up with top management, because you're opening your company up for lawsuits and bankruptcy.

Either way, I would like to escalate this matter to your TOP MANAGEMENT, as this is a very serious and potential business destroying ill support advice. This should never happen. You are instructing your clients (like me) to lose everything and have their business destroyed."

Their support is also rude, insulting and treating their customers like $#*!.

In this day and age of Amazon and Apple customer centric culture, one would think all companies have stepped up. Companies now get it that customers have to trust them and that it's a given to make their customers feel good about their transactions with them-- so they will go back. And so they can better compete with other companies.

Why do we trust Amazon, Apple? Because they get it. The customer is first.

Apparently not all. Tomoson does not get it.

OMG I love the DEC_LANS Boot Liner Socks for Boys and Girls. They are adorable, my grandson loves them, they are warm and one of the best features is they fold over the top of the boot to prevent them from slipping down and off inside the boot! Another great feature, is there is a small label on an ear of eash sock, letting you know what foot they go on!
