Tuckernuck

The blue willow shirt I ordered clearly stated it was 100% cotton poplin on the website. Imagine my surprise when the blouse I received was 100% polyester. I got some mumbled excuse and the website was ultimately changed. I finally got confirmation of my return and my refund. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Too bad. The blouse is really well designed.

Very easy to navigate and great quality and the style is wonderful

I called Tuckernuck about returning a dress. It is beautiful but just too big. I wanted small but they don't have it so they did give me a discount code when it comes in. But returning it is harder than with other companies. I don't have a printer so I had to get an email, then bring to UPS, email to them, payp $2.82 for the email that they print and I just pray that the item gets back to Tuckernuck. I have no packing slip to show that I purchased it. I just wish I got a return label when I received the dress. Their clothes are well made and beautiful.

Everything I've purchased from Tuckernuck has been very well made. The styles are classic, yet unique. Almost everything can be thrown in the wash and comes out looking great. My closet is slowly being taken over by Tuckernuck clothing.

I have made three separate purchases and have been very satisfied with the sizing and quality.

Loved it. Well worth the trip! We don't have one near me, so I stopped in on my way to a business trip. It was amazing to try on some stuff in person I've been eyeing :)

Incredibly pleased with the cut, fabric and well made garment! I have tried other online clothing companies, but am usually let down when i receive the item and it is cheaply made and not representative of what was shown in the ad. Quality is important to me and i don't mind paying a little extra for it! I will definitely be ordering other items from Tuckernuck!

I ordered the cutest black dress, got it quickly, and it was the cutest! I love it.

The dress I ordered is cute, fit is ok. I was expecting the color to be navy and white. It is navy and off white. I checked the photo. It looked like it was navy and white. I don't believe the details indicated it was off white. Not enough of an issue to return, but...

My experience has been very positive. The clothes are well made, fit nicely, and look great.

In my previous order I received an checked dress marked FINAL SALE, that I NEVER ordered. I have no interest in this dress and do not k ow what to do with it. I sent an email to you the moment I received it but never heard back... I am so disappointed. I buy a lot of my clothing with you and am surprised with the lapse in customer service. Now I'm stuck!

I was SO psyched when I found this shop in my online search. I absolutely love almost every item pictured on their site. Preppy/chic/classic/feminine - very much a Northeast vibe. I ordered 5 different items for an upcoming Newport RI trip
And was really bummed out that I didn't end up keeping any of them. My overall feeling was honestly that I was tricked by the website a bit. If the designs could have been produced by Jcrew or Nordstrom the quality would have matched the style and *price point*. Most of the pieces I ordered were surprisingly ill fitting. A flowered aline summer dress with straps that wouldn't stay up. A beautiful patterned tank that easily fit like a XXL instead of the medium that was ordered. A romper that seemed to have extra fabric in all the wrong places. A perfect casual/cute summer dress but the fabric felt soooo cheap it felt like it could rip if I turned the wrong way and the color was faded in person. I really wanted to feel like I found my "shop" because the styles are timeless. But unfortunately it just totally missed the mark. That being said, my return was easily processed in a timely fashion. I want to believe I just ordered the wrong items..

I bought a top with a bowtie at the neck, it fits very well and the quality is good. It exceeds my expectations, given that it was not very expensive.

Had to return cute black dress, a little small. However, I reordered same dress one size up. Maybe a little large, but, think it looks good. So cute…
(I'm 128 lbs, 5'3" usually wear size psmall…but extra small was wrong, as stated above, for me)
