Tuckernuck

I made my first purchase from Tucker Nuck recently and love both items. I bought the Navy Finley Flutter Sleeve Top in a small and it fits, feels, and looks great. Got compliments on it the first time I wore it. Same for the Blue Stripe Willow Blouse. However, I bought a medium but should have ordered a small. This piece definitely runs large. I was traveling a couple of days after I received my items and decided to wear the Willow Blouse anyway. It's very comfortable, great for travel. I'll probably have it taken up in the width, but am happy to wear it as is for now.

Jardin De Fleurs Sleeveless Royal Shirt Dress purchase was as described, and although initial delivery was lost, customer service delivered a replacement promptly.

The polo was too big so I returned it and ordered the small. They sent me a confirmation that they received the return and when they credited the return. That is great customer service.

I had to return the first shipment because I ordered the wrong size, however, your instructions for returning were clear and effective, I got a credit in my card.

I would like to make one suggestion. I will be using this sun hat in Greece aboard a small ship. I'm a little concerned about the hat blowing as I have a small hat size (61/2) and would have loved a string on it for windy days.

For the second time in a row I received the item. Very frustrating! Especially when your website shows my requested color and size is still available. Now I have to return the item again.
