I have been very satisfied with my online Tuckernuck shopping experience.
The clothing is beautiful and high quality. I needed to exchange a few things to figure out sizing and the exchange/return process was swift and easy.

Your sizing is not uniform site wide. Medium are small on one item and very large on another! Very difficult to know what size to order. Sizing is very inconsistent.

The fabric was stiff and I knew it would wrinkle a lot and you can't iron it so that was a no go. I did send it back and was refunded promptly which I appreciate.

Tuckernuck offers timeless and classic style at various price points. Sizing information is pretty accurate, and product reviews are very helpful. Any time I've interacted with customer service, I've been impressed, whether it's answering questions or resolving out of stock items.

Had trouble trying to reset password so ended up giving up. Kept asking to download password and my cell cannot accept that. Weird and odd.

I purchased two sale, non-returnable dresses. They both were not what you would call 'cheap' but both were poorly made and not even close to being as attractive as they appeared in the pictures. In fact I will be donating them unworn to Goodwill. They both are tailored with the workmanship and fit of very inexpensive dresses. Your catalog is very deceiving. I expected much, much better!

Tuckernuck has such great clothes! Everything I've ordered came fast, and well packaged. I always get great compliments when I wear their clothes and always feel amazing in them!

Top is very good quality and style is cute but smelled like mold when I received it.

The dress was shorter than I expected and is a little tight. A large should fit someone who is normally a size 10. I haven't decided if I will return it or not. The fabric is a great weight and the dress is well-made.

The models are wearing say a small size Blythe dress. The model's measurements are 31-24-33. But the fit by measurements are say... 35 bust - 31 waist and 37 hip. So I get the dress and my 35-29-34 body is too big in the bust for the dress. Frustrating.

Became aware of this site through social media, and it's now one of my favorites. High quality clothing & FANTASTIC customer service.
