I had ordered a couple of sizes of the same item so knew I'd need to return some items. The return process was quick and easy. I'd suggest, though, that customers be able to exchange items if they don't fit - I'm not sure this is possible, so I ended up returning the items and did a new order for the correct sizes.

I wanted to like this dress. As others have mentioned, the arms are extremely small. Had to send back and won't try this style again.

Pants got here quickly and in nice packaging. They were the wrong size and wanted to exchange, but my size was sold out.
I ordered online and the dress was here in a few days. They quality of the dress is fabulous!

I love The Shirt company. I was disappointed that the plaid was printed so you can't roll the sleeves up on the shirt. I relooked at the description online and didn't see where this was noted. Also noticed the model had her sleeves pushed up not rolled up. If I had known, I would

The recipient of the champagne puffer LOVED her gift! And so glad you now offer gift wrap and no receipt shipping, and if you added the ability to ship to multiple addresses (a la Mark & Graham, for example), I could have sent it directly to her and the balance of the order to me. Not a huge problem, but worth considering?!
