Expect that whatever you order while expensive, will have every bit of quality currently lacking in all other womens clothing brands right now. Everything is beautifully stitched, detail is given to every small button, cuff and seam.

I love the Tuckernuck items I see online. I also very much appreciate the advice I got from Tuckernuck personnel. The dresses I ordered were snug through the shoulders and otherwise too large. There was lots more fabric for most of the dresses than I expected though I do remember reading a review that said the same thing.
I will definitely order again even though I returned nearly everything I ordered recently.

I usually always wear a size medium comfortably. Your size medium is a bit tighter in the waist compared with similar clothing brands. Elsewhere sizing is fine.

I tried ordering the yeti Navy Hopper Backpack for my girlfriend's birthday. Tnuck let me add it to my cart and purchase it. I used my military discount (which was kind of a pain to verify) and used expedited shipping. My purchase method was PayPal "Pay in 4". There was no issue at purchase. The about 3 business days later I got an email stating the installment was refunded to me and the transaction cancelled. Uhh, why? When I called Tnuck customer service, a representative told me it could have been that the online inventory hadn't updated at the time of purchase. She told me she would look into it but I never heard back. Should I go through all that again when I can just buy directly from Yeti? How do I know I won't run into the same issue again?
I loved the style of the dress I ordered, but it was cut extremely small through the shoulders and underarms. I am normally a size 8, and even the large which was huge everywhere else, was too tight in the above areas. The top I ordered in a Medium was perfect, loved it!

Our daughter got married in May, and I bought several things to wear at various events. Got many compliments, and I have enjoyed wearing them throughout the summer! The dress with the ruffle neck and bow in the back had sizing that said a medium was a 40" chest. Since I measure 38" I ordered it. I do not have broad shoulders either but the dress would not even go down past my neck. For that press the dress should be sized according to the info you post with it. I returned some of my order on 8/22 it has been sitting at ups since 8/26 as en route for delivery. I have contacted customer service and received a non responsive robot reply. I responded to it on Monday 8/29 haven't had a response. In comparison I had a return to Bloomingdale's the same day and have already received a credit for the return. As an online retailer with no brick and mortar store in Florida you would think your return system would be top notch. Sadly it isn't. Like your products but poor customer service makes me not want to purchase here.
