Recently made my first purchase with Tuckernuck. My order never arrived even though the shipping company's tracking said it was in my mailbox. I contacted customer service & they responded within an hour! Based on the tracking they believed my package was lost and immediately had my order resent. The second shipment arrived just fine. Very impressed with the prompt response of the customer service team.

I ordered the Daphne dress in black. It looked so lovely in the photo! Unfortunately when mine came in it had a terrible smell. The sizing was way off as well. It fit like a huge bag. Not satisfied, I returned it.
I ordered two dresses. I was not a fan of the fit, fabric or the super weird smell of the second dress. I am returning it. The pink ikat dress is super cute, nice fit, feel and length.
I ordered this dress to wear to a fall wedding and it is just beautiful! It runs large so definitely size down unless you are large busted. I am 5'2 and 150 and I got the XS!
I have purchased a 7 Tuckernuck dresses…the fit is flattering, the styles are classy, the quality and prices are top notch!
Tuckernuck nails it again! I was hesitant at first, thinking the top portion of the dress would be too boxy, but the drop cut hang really brings this piece to life! Easy date night or casual work dress depending on your shoes. The quality and fabric are a step above your typical linen and the colors are deep. Love this!

The dress I purchased was delivered in a plastic bag and stuffed in my mail box. I paid a high price for this dress. I expected it to be wrapped properly. It was extremely wrinkled. I had to wash it, hopefully to get the wrinkles out. The wrinkles were still there. I had to iron the dress at a high temperature to remove the wrinkles. I was holding my breath so I wouldn't scorch it. It turned out okay, To say the least, I am extremely unhappy with my experience!

Given the price, I'd expect the presentation to be better upon arrival. My dress was very wrinkled and had to be steamed. There are also a lot of loose threads around the neckline that I had to trim off. I'd expect that from a cheaper brand, but not when I buy a $200 dress.
I ordered a shirt that looks so cute in the picture. That being said it was not a good fit as it was to blow see through the body and too short. Unfortunately, it was a final sale. My friends have all raved about your site, however, I don't know if I will make another purchase unfortunately.
