I have purchased several store brand pieces and although they look great on the model they have been disappointing either because of the sizing (usually too big), cut or fabric. Some of the jackets were very heavy.
Dresses are great! Customer service was great! Shipping was fast!
I originally ordered the Navy Cotton Colette Cable sweater in size medium. This is the same size I wear in other tops from Tuckernuck. The Colette medium sweater was much too big. I wanted to exchange it for a size small at the same sale price. There was no option provided to exchange to get the correct fit.
After I successfully returned the sweater, I sent an email message to customer service and received a quick response with a one time code to purchase at the same price. I filled out the online order multiple times and each time the box to type in my charge card number was missing. By the time, I tried to try to order on my cell phone the size small was sold out. Since it is a Sunday, no one was available to speak with.
Can anyone in customer service find the Colette navy sweater in size small. Will these be restocked?
I persist with the website because I like the clothes but it is unusually frustrating. I think I end up resetting my password every time because changing it to my choice is hard to do. Also, if you filter to the search you want - so, say, my size, my colors... and then you look at a full page photo of an item, and then try to go back to your search, you have to reenter it all. I know of no other company whose online site requires so much patience.

Cute, comfortable and true to size. Nice heel height - not too high or too low. Able to wear out of the box.
I love the brand selection and the Tuckernuck designed styles. My only feedback is that at this price point, I expect a prepaid, preprinted return label (especially for an online only retailer). Other high end retailers such as Shopbop and netaporter offer this.
My order arrived very quickly and I love everything I purchased. Preppy and classic!
My only feedback is that I ordered a pair of sneakers in my size 10 with a discount—was sent the wrong size (9) and I was unable to get an exchange-which is really frustrating. Wish that was an option.
Customer service resolved my issue quickly and effectively
The dress arrived quickly. It fit pretty well - except it was much longer than what showed on the site. I've had to take it to be shortened. I had expected it be crepe material - but it is basically polyester. We will see how the alteration looks. Kind of dissapointed.
Wonderful service. Just waiting for a refund on my return, however, purchased the same item in a larger size
I believe my order was returned but I have not yet received a refund. I would like to have my items resent.
Don't like the fabric, top seems short, a little too wide
I purchased two items. One did not fit as well as I would have liked so I returned it. This process was very simple. I love the shoes I bought from there!

Great dress, but didn't have time to have it hemmed
One of the dresses that I received has a red mark across the collar. This was disappointing and I feel like either a quality assurance or a packing issue. Because you are paying a bit more, I feel like the service should be a little bit better and/or more aware of issues such as this.
Love the fabric overall along with the color and design. However, the material is too heavy to tie a pretty bow.
The representative was nice about the return. I appreciate your service and will shop again!
