I bought two pairs of pants in two sizes each. I loved both pairs & was able to return the extra sizes for free. It was all very quick, easy, and didn't cost extra in shipping. I will definitely shop here again!
So far good experience. I am still waiting on the credit to appear for my return. Item was good quality and shipping was fast. The dress was too large.
My sons graduation was in May and my dress was ordered last minute decision when I found the perfect dress online. I paid for overnight shipping but it did not come and we had to leave for NY the next day. This company sent another dress to NY where we were staying to make sure I had it to wear and I sent the other dress back when I got home. That's At customer service! Thank You Tuckernuck!

I ordered this dress before last year and the material literally ripped In the back and not at the seam. I paid a lot for it and was so disappointed as I only wore it twice. But I loved the dress so I just wore a jean jacket over it! Anyway, decided to try again and material is now more stretchy. Gonna be great but just sorry I wasted so much $ on it the first time.

3 weeks after placing the order I was really looking forward to I called customer service to ask why I still didn't receive it. I got to know that my order was voided and dismissed but I never received any email about it, besides a confirmation email saying 5-8 business days to get by bag.
My order was delivered the day of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Ian. I emailed customer service and a new order was expedited and received in 3 days.
I'll be wearing my dress for game day in Tuscaloosa tomorrow!
I ordered a shirt without waiting for a sale because I specifically wanted it for my honeymoon to Nantucket. I read the shipping policies and was confident it would arrive in time. Unfortunately it sat between UPS and USPS with no movement for 6 days. So I didn't get it in time for my trip. If you had just used USPS priority (like a smaller company I ordered from) it would have arrived in 3 days with no issues. It's just disappointing from a large company.
I feel my best when wearing an impeccably made outfit by Tuckernuck. I like feeling like I have a classic outfit to fit into any social situation. I look forward to seeing all the new styles that Tuckernuck has to offer.
