Tuckernuck

I love tuckernuck as many of my friends would know… I pretty much can be known wearing at least one thing from the company. I have no complaints… if something is incorrect they fix it, the packaging is always great, the quality of the clothes is exactly as described and the customer is always right. Companies like tuckernuck are hard to come by these days and I will be purchasing as many items as I can from them for as long as possible!

I recently order a pair of sneakers. I returned the sneaker be cause they were to small. To narrow for me. I love the sneaker and especially the colors.

I received exactly what I was looking for and products arrived just as I expected them to.

For the second time I was not able to Start a Return on the web site due to software problems. The customer Service phone number answers by saying that they cannot get to your call and gives you an email address for your concern. The site has no problem when you are ordering but to process returns, which are part of shopping unknown fit and styles, is impossible. BTW I also tried the chat but it also told me to call or email. Very frustrating.

I have bought several times from tuckernuck successfully, but this is a negative experience I will have a hard time overlooking. I still don't know if they have the dress in my size or not but have just given up on asking.

This dress screams personality. Great colors, great bounce, but with the shirt top it can also pull off a workplace event. Its loose fit give lots of leeway for different stomach sizes or just a large meal. Couldn't be happier. Paid extra for hurried delivery bc I needed it by a certain date and it arrived no prob!

All of the Sales Associates and Manager were extremely helpful and I enjoyed my first shopping experience at TUCKERNUT. It was great to see that everyone loved working there.

I ordered about 10 items and returned 8 of them. The sizing of the tunic tops was very odd - they were very wide and I ordered XS. The quality of the fabric was disappointing- cheap and flimsy. Now and then I get things that I like a good deal but not this time.

Items are carefully packaged and have been shipped out immediately.

Sizes run a bit smaller than expected. I would suggest sizing up.

I ordered the Leather Trim Funnel Piped Poncho and was disappointed. The fabric is great and loved the piping, but the spec is waaaay off. It's only offered in one size and the cut and width is very unflattering. I humbly suggest you take this back to your design team and reconfigure, as then I could see it as a best seller! But the current iteration is not wearable, I am usually a medium / large depending on the cut, so I can't imagine a smaller person being able to wear this, it would overwhelm them.

I love just about every purchase from Tuckernuck, however, once in a while the item just isn't right. I don't hesitate to take a risk on a purchase as I know the return and refund will be processed immediately.

I ordered two dresses for an upcoming wedding. One fit and the other didn't. They both got to me quickly and the return on the one that didn't work was easy.

I reached out when my order was lost in transit. I was promptly issued a new order which was expedited. Fast, courteous, exceptional customer service.
