The tunic was beautiful! However, the lovely fabric was too heavy for me to wear indoors. Still experiencing hot flashes!

Always looking for a good deal, I enjoyed shopping on the Tuckernuck site during Black Friday. I ordered several things and the order was split in two. One package arrived promptly, but after 3 weeks, the second still had not arrived. And, of course, it contained holiday gifts. A quick email to T-nuck's customer service did the trick. A new shipment of everything I ordered was sent express and received in two days.
I purchased a gift for my daughter, and it was not the correct size, the exchange process was very easy.
I never received the item that I exchanged the original item for. I received no communication and still do not know where this exchange stands. I wanted the top for the Christmas holidays for events I had to attend. Not impressed with the customer service on this at all.
I ordered a top from Tuckernuck a week and a half before Xmas and received it 5 days later. The top is exactly as it was described and I love it! I have always been pleased by their quality and customer service!
Even with monogramming the items showed up in less than a week! Very pleased with the thread color matching the trim perfectly.
One item in my order, a pink and white checked Kate Spade skirt, arrived without the flower accessory, at the waist, it is shown with on your website. I tried phoning and also emailing customer service. The email was returned as undeliverable, and my call was dropped three times by customer service. Really frustrated as the flower is a part of the garment as advertised!
We ordered a ceramic dish. The way the shipping department packaged it, it was protected from impact only by 3 layers of corrugated board, one layer being the shipping box. No padding whatsoever on 2 sides of the dish. No surprise that it did not survive.
Items were high quality, different, & rec'd on time.
Dress is ok. Material is like a smock. Disappointed.
I was unaware you sold non TuckerNut brands. The items Items I bought did not have the TuckerNut label. Anything I buy from Vineyards has their label on it. Very DIsapointed….I have no idea what I bought who knows might have been able to pick up at Marshals….guess I will stick with Vineyard Vines in the future.
Tuckernuck is very generous with free shipping and returns. They carry a variety of designers (sizing can be tricky) but shopping at Tuckernuck makes this process easy.
I ordered the Hudson Striped Jacket. Order number *******. I just received it in the mail and I would like to return it because the size/fit is way too big. However, the system says I can not return. Can you please help me.
While visiting Georgetown I was delighted to see an actual store. I shop online but it was fun to see a few things that I had considered. I found a beautiful green toile dress but they didn't have my size. The store associate was lovely and so helpful, she had my dress shipped and I received it the next day.
I know I ordered in Nov and it is 16 Dec and have not heard from youll. Will never order again from youll. Because I don't think you care whether I get the package or not. Thanks Lonnie McBride
And looks like I'm not allowed to return it. So this felt like just an overall fail. Last - just came in a bag...like a nearly $300 dress is some flimsy bag. Meh.
I was so excited to order the Moorehead velvet dress for the holiday season but sadly have to return. I am 5 feet tall and 113 pounds and the XS dress was WAY too big. The shipping was wonderful but at the price point I was a little disappointed in the quality of the dress as well.
I love them the two dresses that I purchased they fit perfectly needing no alterations and I have the look that suits my lifestyle perfectly
