Of all the Tuckernuck items I have ordered, only have had to return one. Fast shipping and easy returns will keep me coming back!

I went out of town and knew I could not accept delivery in DC bc I did not know how long i would be gone. It was so easy to have it shipped to the store and pick it up 5 days later when I returned.
Sometimes they are a bit short for a tall 63 year old
Placed an order that was confirmed. Several days later received a shipment confirmation with tracking info. Waited a week and tracking info was never updated and order was not received. Reached out to customer service who within several hours confirmed order was lost in transit and have replaced it
I ordered 10/12 and have not received my package yet. The event I ordered for has come and gone. The tracking on DHL is terrible.
More than once I needed to return an item with weight going up and down and guessing what size to purchase. Tuckernuck is a customer's dream. They make the return process simple and refunds timely.

It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received my order.
I placed my order over two weeks ago. One half of the order arrived but I am still waiting in the other half. I got a shipping email a few days ago but the links are bad and I am still not sure where my clothes are. I hope to wear one of the items next week but don't know if I will be able. Otherwise: cute clothes, easy return process. Still like tuckernuck.
I purchased a white dress for my rehearsal dinner and the shirt version of the product was sent instead of the dress.
I've been purchasing from Tuckernuck pretty regularly for the last few years. Sometime I purchase a few months in a row, other times I may not buy an item for a few months at a time (Tnuck isn't exactly cheap!) But I love the site! The clothing fits really well, customer service has always gone above and beyond and every time I wear their clothing, I get so many compliments! For example, I wore the Jaguar Garden Fave dress (without the sash, dresses it up!) to a wedding 10/21/22 in Newport, Rhode Island and I received compliments all night! It's stunning and unique and I'm obsessed with green dresses, it checks off all the boxes!
It has been a few weeks since i've placed my order, and I still have not received the item i paid for.
I placed my order 2weeks ago snd it's not here. Unacceptable. Most likely will not order with you again,
I always am pleased by my Tuckernuck experiences, and I order frequently. The selection and quality are consistently top notch. What I wasn't expecting was a new family favorite recipe to be slipped into my box... the pumpkin maple muffins are incredible, and my family is thrilled!
I loved the dress I had to return. For some reason I thought it was olive colored not black, (old age)
And I did not need another black evening dress. Beautiful material, fantastic style…the return process has been super. Thank you for the support..

Delivery said 5-8 business days. I still have not received my order and now I'm being asked to review.
My order shipped 2 weeks ago. I can't track it and I can't get in touch with anyone at Tuckernuck. I'm VERY disappointed.
